Liked that it was close to the venue for my official assignment, location is central for restaurants etc There is Constant light and courteous room service at the hotel, meals are tasty too. However, the rooms can be airer and more modern. The building needs to be renovated I guess. Overall 3/5 for me.
Their mini standard room is way too small (@ #7k by the way) I had to settle for their standard room which is 10k, even the so called standard room had no rug at the bathroom door. Both AC and TV remote arent working. Even the tap in the bathroom have a very low pressure. I only give 2 star for their excellent staff.
The place is nice and affordable. Constant electricity and nice staff. Very close to market and Marina the commercial hub of Lagos. I liked it.
Was cool ,but there generator just keep going off today ,but it a really nice place and cool location 😎
Good customer service, almost everything you need is at your finger tip! I mean
Lovely and safe , good place stay in island
One star for the amazing staff and another star just because of the location.Everything else is zero. The standard room we got was so stuffy, full of mold and unhygienic. I wonder if anyone has been there recently. The washroom made me gag every time I went inside. Dirty and smelly! The AC produces noise instead of cool air. The wifi didnt work and I gave up trying to connect after calling IT support several times without response.I havent eaten there but the restaurant looks nice and the food too. Its also cool that they have an elevator and a nice lobby. But seriously the place is so old and neglected. With such a good location, they should do better.
First visit today, looking good so far
24 hours power supply and good customer service
Beni Hotel is one of top hotels situated in Lagos Island. The price per room is good enough for the standard. The staffs are totally cool and nice. However one of the Elevators has a sensor issue while the other one would not show u what floor you are currently on except you peep at the label on the wall outside the elevator, so one needs to be careful taking the elevators. With a bit of maintenance Beni hotels would go back to its glorious days when you were served newspapers and your shampoo, soap and cream was replaced every morning. My last stay, these were not provided so you shouldnt bank on getting either. The environment is calmer than it looks
Not too spacious, always busy especially with the G guys
I like it. But they can do better
I lodged in the suites comfort. It has array of options from single rooms to suites at reasonable and competitive prices. The environment is secured.
* Water heater not working* Water not running properly* I shared my room with big 🐀 rat* Cards always malfunctioning* But nice food
No car space, room was not in good shape, noise from other users, WiFi was off for my 2 day stay, water stopped running that I couldnt freshen up at checkout.
Friendly and very receptive staff. However, items in the hotel are broken, unfitted and in poor taste.
Easy to locate with well cultured staff
Rooms are ok and decent though need maintenance in certain areas especially furniture. My room had broken side tables/drawers and fridge.
Attendant lovely and rooms are dope..
Dont forget your properties here, no accountability amongst workers concerning customers effects!!!
2 star hotel and facilities, 3.5 star services. Couldnt stay there long term, but it is a great deal for the price and you get the bare essentials: light, ac, hot water, dodgy internet. You may want to bring your own sheets though!
Its a nice place
I cant waste my time on commenting
Poor service with high rate. No intercom, shaky bed
Not a bad place for the price... Theyre friendly but the WiFi is not available to customers.
Worst Experience, its not the Beni I use to know.
Very crowded and low maintenance
Pls take more proper care of d room ,there dont smell nice at all
Top notch facilities and there swimming pool experience is great
So nice
Wow very big and nice hotel, I dont eat rice but I ate theres because Is so delicious
Very nice hotel on the Island
It was ok. May be because it was my first time of visiting an hotel
Situated in a nice environment
It was an amazing experience over there, place was really cool.
Well organized hotel, good staff and very easy to locate
Na our house be that na
4 stars compared to the environment
The customer service is fast.
Ok hotel
Not great. Terrible plumbing, bad smell and dirty room. Good customer service though.
Very close to the biggest market in Lagos. Saves you the stress of the biggest traffic jam in Lagos
Hospitality at its best. I dont give 5 stars no matter what, but this, I cant help it.The staff, starting especially from the reception, are very nice and cooperative.
The inside of the Hotel doesnt represent the out look which for me is negative.
Friendly staff, functional elevator(can take 3 at a time) room was clean but limited parking space.
Its ok. More like a 3 star hotel to me. But very good proximity to the Lagos island market.
The hotel is located on Lagos Island. The building is high rise and another annex building opposite. It has a cool and conducive rooms based on the ones we lodged in because we had event around the area. The elevator is abit old but working. The staffs are courteous starting from when you park your car and reception. They have ample parking space but believe they will experience issue if all rooms are booked which i think wont usually happen
Comfortable, courteous staff, good service. Can get busy on the weekend. Considering the location, there are armed guards and security teams, so the hotel grounds are relatively safe. You should however be careful with property on your way down to the hotel.
Dope place, friendly staff and very very okay meals
Top notch Customer Service
They are good, but the food is too expensive
Are you looking for a nice and affordable place to spend your time, then you should visit Beni
Conducive
Nice and lovely
This is a good hotel. The rooms are well kept, there is 24 hour power supply and most of the facilities are in good condition. They also have a fairly large parking space. The room I stayed in had a few cockroaches though, and the room was a bit overpriced.
Nice rooms, offers the value for your money, proximity to get other things in the neighbourhood.PS: They have a nice sharwama spot
It was ok. Affordable. Welcoming staff and nice breakfast. The shower needs to be covered so that water does not splash on the floor. Otherwise, everything else was great.
Rooms are very affordable here although theyre also quite small. Maintenance culture here is mehhh as I had to change rooms a good number of times before I found a suitable one. The rooms before that had missing or damaged fittings.
Not bad for the price
Its next to First Bank Elephant House Broad Street, Lagos. Its a choice location for foreigners with average budget. Nice place on 9 floors and with lots of liquor brands offerings.
If you are finding a rest place to enjoy your short or long-term holiday, Beni hotel got you covered with fully air condition room and a pool to cool down with a bar. And they also as one of the hottest DJ in island.
If you are on a budget this might work for You! As they are starting @6500/night and max at @16000 a night, as for the meal 3000/plate, which isnt very good. Na purge i dey purge since, after a night here I am displeased with the entire service system, Wi-Fi dose not work, tolites dont flush, restaurant is super slow, bad old rug smell!. Well at their prices dont expect much! I really hope they improve( so much potential).
The service was friendly
It was okay.Affordable and comfortable
Very poor pls....my room was bad with used bedsheets and pillowcase dirty towel I had to ask them to xhange everything for me which took them hours to do. Not to mention when I was checking out, the housekeeper came to clean up I left the room for him, he purposely hide the key just to stress me we searched for it cos the didn’t let me leave only for them to ask me to pay 5k for key...lol. Is their plan I’m sure of that.
It was a great time, affordable and of good quality.. Nice staff. I totally enjoyed myself
Nice suite with free WIFI and a swimming pools side for your luxury.
Great Hotel. Good customer service but no much space for car parking.
A hotel with questionable standards in my opinion. If you are not looking, you will missing its entrance as its location is not well pronounced. However, it is located close to one of First banks HQ in CMS. Well, for the two times Ive visited the hotel, their annex smells of alcohol, weed and a lot of fragrance to cover up the already polluted air. I booked and paid for my room online twice more than 8hours before I got there but still got the annex building! I wonder why the main building of the hotel is not always available.
Best Hotel in Lagos Island
Beni hotel is truly home away from home. I really enjoyed my self there. Their service, I think is very good. Apart from being closer to my business, Its serene environment and vital location on the island is also quite attractive. Their WiFi is functionally beautiful. Their rooms are ok. i think i will stay there again when next visit Lagos. I recommend that place to any visitor on the island.
Decent rooms, noisy neighborhood at night.Low budget though, but the meals arent
Great
Its a nice Hotel but poor in maintainance, theres need for renovation and constant maintenance
Very affordable hotel, however rooms are a bit too small and service needs improvement.
Very good hotel
The hotel food is amazing but expensive, reception looks good but the rooms are small and not well maintained. The standard room is definitely for one so choose the deluxe if more than one to lodge. The environment the hotel is located looks scary, felt safer in the hotel. They had 24 hours light. The receptionist are not very nice or as helpful as the other staffs in other department. The receptionist tried to rip me off on the first day of arriving at the hotel but apologized later though. Peeling walls...toilet fittings shaking and overly used. Overall experience is....its a budget hotel for a budget stay.
Lagos can be very rough at time, but that area is one of the best in the world and Beni hotel is just the best place to be while visiting Lagos , in between mainland and Lagos island what else could you ask...I greet you Beni Hotel (home away from home)
I really enjoy my stay. The standard room is ok. Everything is neat and working perfectly.
Beni hotel is very nice I slept there with my client anytime we come to US embassy, even I recommended to our people
Its has the things I needed to use in that area for a client (swimming pool)
Beni hotels is home away from home... Its a place to be.. Nice and affordable. Good facilities, Good customer service
Considering its location, the hotel is okay and has a wide range of rooms to meet your price of interest. There are several room for improvement especially in beddings as discoloured ones should not be given to guest. The plumbing work here to is defective.
Good
Has good friendly staff. Swimming pool. Restaurant is small but efficient. Food is excellent.
They a very effective elevator system...there is always possible power. Their rooms are neat... I will be there again
The hotel is superb, there staff are just too welcoming and fast service delivery then also offer free WiFi in the hotel rooms.
Great
Outer wall tiles are falling off and has damaged vehicles. The rooms are not well fumigated. There are small cockroaches noticed in the room.
Ive had differing experiences, but its still a pretty good establishment. Most of the staff are really nice
Nice area off the downtown Broad Street after the Apongbon Bridge. Well managed hotel with a high number of both old and young high-end clientele.
Its a cool place
Its proximity to first generation banks Head-Office and the popular Balogun Market
Its simply amazing, home away from from. The services are exquisite.
Best described as a pure economy hotel. Not for holiday. Water didnt run first day.
