Nice rooms the a/c and all is good. But you see their elevator eeehn...it has problem. You will always pray you get to the next floor in peace. I refused to use it after the first time. Need I mention there is also a gym there

One of the best hotels around, they have a pool side bar and two other bars at the other phase of the hotel;this part also contains the night club.Music here is very loud, the DJ doubles as the hype man.They host shows on Fridays and on public event days too.I didnt stay long, therefore I couldnt get enough pictures,but I will definitely be back there very soon.

A very neat and decent hotel where smoking is not permitted. The rooms are also neat and decent. The environment and the neighbourhood are okay and security of persons and properties appeared assured.

The building is fine, but there is very poor service. None functional intercom, no floor towels, fraudulent bed and breakfast deal, cockroach. Untrained staff.

The hotel looks attractive from the outside, but honestly, nothing feels attractive about it once you check in. The rooms and some amenities are in really bad shape. The customer service is nothing to write home about. Its fair, no doubt about that and thats when you set the bar really low. Electricity goes on and off and it takes forever to put on the backup generators. They can really do better.

All was going well at check in. After check in, was told wifi has finished. Red flag 1.Food is unusually expensive and tasteless. Electricity is not stable and front desk staff are rude and unempathic about it. Cant be sure of security as youd see people loitering around the hotel. Unsafe.The so called gym opens when they like. Unfortunately, I had to stay for two nights. Almost safer to sleep in your car if you have one.

My experience here was terrible. Maintenance at the hotel is ZERO. Response time for room service is like forever. When power goes out, it takes over 45mins for backup to come on.Hotel is flooded with Yahoo boys and their activities are not controlled. Rooms are not neat and very dusty. Air conditioning system the first night worked perfectly well but the 2nd and 3rd night, it was a different and awful experience. Had to sleep with windows open.Ask me if I will like to go back, I will say NOOoOooo. The management needs to seat up. Such an edifice is under managed.

The hotel needs improvement as regards housekeeping.. there was a bone on the chair upon check-in and I saw a used tissue on the bathroom floor. The walls need painting. The duvet covers also needs to be replaced..

This hotel is a nightmare nothing to write home about , from the staff to there service is really poor i really regret spending a night there interrupted light no water very dirty.......so annoying

Very nice and fascinating environment located along an expressway.

Its quite discouraging that such a beautiful edifice from the outside would have such an annoying service delivery. The room service guys get upset when you ask for anything to be changed due to its bad shape. Rooms not properly taken care of; staff that are not properly trained to offer good customers service; complete misrepresentation of service delivery.

Viewing the hotel from the outside looks nice and cool. but once you check in you feel discourage. room has no basic amenities bedsheets was dirty with stains, bathroom was not cleaned. we complained before everything was fixed because we paid before lodging and they cant refund. service quality is zero. As the bar service staff dont give attention to guest. I have to go directly to the bar counter and order. Room service team are untrained to communicate with guest, they dont know their food price.This is such a let down for a place like this. Management need to do something, or they will loose it all.As for me, never to return.

Swimming pool is clean and safe for kids. Bar services is not topnotch. Lots of locals around gives the outside bar and swimming area a local feel. Facilities are not well maintained and cleaned.

It has nice hotel rooms. The price ranged from N7,500 to N40,000. It has a bar, pool and restaurant. Its fun to be there especially on Sundays

They have a nice bar. People can watch multiple fo tall matches. The bars are always filled up during the weekend. The gym is well equipped but lacks maintenance and doesn’t have a professional gym instructor. They have a pool and a lifeguard as well.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside but the rooms are poorly maintained. The bedsheets and towels were torn, the walls were peeling, and the ceilings had mould stains. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I got the impression that the owners didnt pay much attention to maintaining the place.
