Too noisy. Poor services. Bed had bedbug. Also what surprised me was that the service attendant was surprised at my complain and was reluctant to find me a different room. It wasnt a pleasant experience. I wont like to repeat. The room rate is also not friendly. The quality of the hospitality generally is not worth the price. The air conditioner was not switched on throughout the night I was there. Although, I didnt need it as the night wasnt hot because it drizzled that day. I also noticed that the hotel is mostly oatroniced by customers from a nearby night club, Westpark. Unless they repurpose their hotel to also accommodate customers who are not night clubbers, it might not be a good location for someone who is looking for relaxation. It lacks parking as well. The available car park can only take maximum of four cars. Generally, its OK for someone looking for somewhere for a short time or emergency night sleep. But be aware that it lacks proper hospitality.
