It was a horrible experience. The room floor was dirty, no towel in the room, the tv remote was faulty, the bedding had mark on it as if it wasnt changed. I made about 5 calls to the reception before they sent someone to change the tv remote. When they finally clean the room, the guy clean the floor with mob that smelling of urine that I had to open the windows and door for ventilation.I wont recommend the hotel. Customer service is zero, and the place is unnecessary expensive.

I hardly give anyone 5 star but I will give hunters.This hotel is new and captivating.it’s got beautiful interior and exterior.It’s very accessible and very easy to locate.The staffs are nice and friendly,they welcomed us as if we were family,they address us with respect and attended to all our needs swiftly and effectively.We felt really at home.Godwin one of the guys who worked there is a very good guy,he is hardworking and trustworthy.He offered maximum assistance from our first day till we checked out,he’s very approachable and nice.we decided to change rooms and Godwin helped us move all our stuffs from one room to another without anything missing,and he even arranged our stuffs for us very neat and organised,what a great guy he is.We requested for a dinner table for 9 setting at late hour and at short notice and they made it happen.The rooms and corridors are spacious,good lighting and beautiful colours.We took few rooms,some for days and they gave us discount.The price for this hotel is very reasonableThey have a lounge at the back and their food tastes delicious,lots of delicacies to choose from on the menu.The hotel is also neat.The security is good especially at night.Overall,we will be visiting again.

Infrastructure is well maintained and the rooms are quite affordable. However, theres inadequate parking, so have that in mind.
