In as much as I hate giving out 1 stars to places Ive visited, I had to.I wont even recommend this place for anyone.First of all when it rains, the whole apartment compound gets flooded with water. So if you dont have a car, you either have to use a rain boot to enter or leave (except you like wet shoes😒😒)Secondly, The staffs are so uncouth and lack proper hotel experience.The rooms is nothing to write home about (the cable TV doesnt even work or show properly, The beds are small and rickety, The rooms are poorly lit, The bathrooms are not hygienic enough, the towels they even put are old and strong as sponge. I could go on and on but....)The only advantage this place has is that its private (in that its not in plain sight and doesnt look like an hotel at all)Well they offer apartments and lodging services.The security is tight (i guess)

A hidden jewel in the heart of Amuwo. Situated in a very quiet part of an estate. Surprisingly large hotel built in units of about 6 to 8 rooms each. Lovely compound with adequate parking. The rooms are nicely decorated and with lovely bathrooms. The added plus for me are the addition of self catering facilities. They have single rooms with a kitchenette and suites with. Adequate for long stay guests or foreign tourists. Electricity is 24/7. There is a small restaurant and bar available. Was disappointed to be told complimentary breakfast will only be served in the restaurant. Nice helpful staff. A pleasant experience.

Much better than the last time I was there. The staff have always been polite and professional but now management seems to have decided to up the ante by renovating and renewing the structure.For the price you pay, you get very good value here.

Its the perfect place for an escape getaway... The hotel in quite hidden in the close, so if you dont know the place, then you dont know the place... Lovely lounge to host parties such as birthdays and Bach eves, the rooms are quite spacious... Ensuited with bathrooms and toilets... Also have rooms like service apartments with kitchens... Lovely parking space... Security is good... Over all I give them a 85%

Good place to visit

The apartment is great in itself. The staff are warm and helpful. Food is good but comparatively pricey.You will get moneys worth especially if you are in the fully serviced rooms where you can do your cooking as you will have provision of cooker, fridge, microwave oven, pots and other utensils.There is need to begin to overhaul the facilities as they have either deteriorated or become obsolete.

Lovely place to watch football matches with strong WiFi connectivity to check updates and other stuffs online. Furnished with affordable and richly built apartments for relaxation, restaurants, bar and sections to hold business meetings. Really interesting place to be.

To be honest, I am supposed to give 3 or 4 stars but I not comfortable doing that just because one staff is rude to me. Other than that, this place is amazing and enjoyable. It really justifies why it is called Luxury appartment. One thing you need to check is the air condition to make sure it works to your taste.

A well secured hotel, with 24 hrs power, air conditioning, breakfast and Wi-fi. Giving 4 star because the finishing in the room could be better for a hotel standard.
