Good service. But you have to wait long before you get attended to.

Customer Service very poor expecially if you are dealing with HMO along with them. They will spend a whole day telling you they will call HMO for a simple medical support. One of the worst Hospital I have ever dealt with.

Longing equates long waiting hours. They are sluging in almost everything. As Im writing this, Ive made up my mind today will be my last here. Dont know how they manage emergencies

The service are very good. The treatment protocol is detailed and thorough. The staff are warm, friendly and disciplined. The facility is clean and hospitable with a serene environment. They have 24 hours electricity and the catering services are also great. Highly recommended to patients across the West African subregion.

Ive been there. What surprised me the most is the way they manage patients and queues using an ERP system. This encourages fairness and ensures that peoples needs are met.

The doctors are good have been using logging since 2009 I gave birth to my second born there the medical director himself attend to me during the delivery

Medical Director Dr Fagbemi very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Dr Sara equally rude and condescending.Very difficult to get information, no transparency. It makes you wonder about their competencies.75 year old mother was admitted on a Monday and by Thursday Dr Fagbemi having barked over the phone at one of mamas daughters refused to carry on treatment asking that patient be removed to another hospital.You get the impression that there is lack of co-ordination between doctors.How can you tell six children living abroad who are paying for the service you are providing that they do not have a right to monitor and ask regarding their mothers progress?Dodgy organisation!!No star rating! 0 star!!
