I THANK GOD FOR THIS HOSPITAL!! I hurt my knee intensely, which caused my Meniscus to tear very badly, which then resulted in my right knee swelling up in size (double the normal size). I couldnt walk right! From the moment I arrived at the hospital, the staff was extremely helpful and forthcoming, as they could clearly see that I could not walk properly and needed assistance. They sat me down, took my details, asked about how it all happened. I waited a little, but it was very busy on that day. The Doctor then came out to assist me into his office, went through my file again. Asked further questions, and then explained to me precisely what he was going to do next. He went ahead and drained the excess liquid that my body had apparently produced, and gave me instructions on how to look after myself going forward. I am extremely scared of needles, but he really took his time, and calmed me down! Oh GOD! I was seriously shaking. Long story short: I thank God I went to this hospital, because you hear crazy stories about some hospitals all the time. I dont usually write reviews, but Golden Cross, I want to really say Thank you. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgable. I felt safe.

I grew up going to this hospital as I lived in Festac during my adolescent years. The staff has always been really nice and great. They really care about you and treat you like a family. It is clean and the doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond to ensure their patients are taken care of.

I usually won’t write a review on any occasion but the service we received from the moment we were attended too at this hospital was actually nothing short of amazing, completely unrivalled service. Especially considering that we were really concerned about my grandfathers ongoing health. The professionalism and the reassurance provided by the doctors and nurses, really made what seemed like a terrible time for us, bearable. We were talked through all the procedures that were in place and you could tell that the doctor actually knew what he was talking about, having switched from a previous hospital. Honestly, I can’t fault our experience at this hospital. My grandfather is in a much stable condition and I am wholeheartedly thankful for everyone that helped.

Golden cross has served 3 generations of my lovely family. It’s known for providing Quality services and excellent healthcare delivery. I had all my children there In the early 90’s and my first daughter also had our first grandchild there last year. The quality and services have constantly improved over the years. I love the serene and beautiful atmosphere in the hospital environment. It’s beautiful to still see dedicated staff who have been there for decades. I commend the leadership of this hospital for the improved and innovative healthcare services provided , from customer service staff, to the efficient and hospitable nurses and doctors .i must say I’m highly impressed. My children recently enrolled my darling husband and I on the elderly care scheme where doctors and other health professionals visit us in the comfort of our homes and come for our monthly check up or to treat us if we are ill. it has taken away the fears of the pandemic considering our age. Golden cross is the best hospital in Nigeria. Go and call police. I’ve never been to a much better hospital on the mainland. The services are world standard. No be say we dey naija but, when my uncle needed an operation in India, we flew there but they didn’t do it right so we came to golden cross and by the grace of God he is good.Naija no dey always carry last and this hospital is testament to that fact.

I told myself I will give a review but it totally slipped my mind, getting back in the flow of things in america was fluid but I cant forget the wonderful service and people I owe my life to at this hospital.I arrived in Lagos from California earlier this year and shortly after I fell ill my friend I came to visit took me to this hospital but as an American you would be skeptical about the quality of treatment and professionalism I would receive and boy was I wrong, from the front desk up until the doctors who performed the surgery everyone was perfect, professional, caring and most of all they treat you like a human being. If I could recommend a hospital in festac it would be this one the food was fantastic the rooms were clean they kept in constant communication with me it was clear precise and explained everything to you and steps in which to make it better.Im really grateful to you guys at GOLDEN CROSS HOSPITAL if I could recommend a hospital which has a person focus ethos not costumers/patients but person as they see you not a naira note or dollar bill but as a person with flesh and blood and one of thier own and they treat you with respect. I work for a very reputable company and I signed up an HMO. HMOs are a waste of time and they make you blame hospitals for being incompetent when they are the true cause of the problems. I use one that wastes time giving authorisation codes and at first I was angry at the young lady in the department. However, she nicely explained the process. I later realised after talking to my HMO that the HMO was at fault and the hospital made several attempts to contact my HMO. So I decided I’ll rather be registered as a private patient because many HMOS want to take your money and not enable you to get full health care as you deserve.The hospital staff were kind and very welcoming. They have this amazing moin moin that is affordable.The environment is beautiful. I felt like I was in the garden of Eden. The place is well built, well arranged and very posh.I used to think it was run by the Catholic Church but I met the owner and he is a wonderful older gentleman. He is a great doctor. His experience is unexplainable. Very kind, meticulous and soft spoken. I highly recommend seeing him.I’m actually getting emotional writing this because God knows where I would have been without such great healthcare. They are people focused and highly dedicated in their work.Thank you so much Golden Cross. You are truly an amazing place to be in the heart of Festac town. Any healthcare service they are providing, I am greatly interested in it.

A very progressive and forward thinking health facility, with beautiful environs and courteous staff. Services are also competitively priced as well.It seems to get even better with time.

The only hospital that i can confidently walk into for medical care. Doctors, nurses, lab staff are all professionals. The only snag wit the system is that they waste so much time. I visit the hospital from Ogun state and its very annoying when they waste my time.Update on my review, I had my baby at Golden Cross about six months ago and i can tell you that the care given to my baby and I is the best medical care i have received so far. From pre-surgery to after care, I was amazed by the professionalism and friendly nature of their personnel. Thank You Golden Cross!

This lady called Onyeka is the best thing to happen to Golden Cross Infirmary at 22rd Festac Town.She goes round making sure everyone is being attended to and practically going the extra mile to inform whoever is in charge that youre waiting for them if you havent been attended to.She made the place so homely. Great healthcare & awesome service

Last week i was ill and visited Golden cross Festac, they say first impression matters and thats true. Their frontdesk staff were very professional and prompt in response. The Doctors attended to me and their nurses were attentive and patient and gave me listening ear even while i was in so much pain and agitated in the ER. But theres an Angel in human form in that hospital by the name ONYEKA. She is a very kind and humble lady. she took care of me as if i was her sister and made my time in the hospital very comfortable. Customer relations here is very very very poor. However there is one Staff at the front desk that stands out She is very light skinned and has hazel colour eyes. i dont know her name but She is polite, gentle and very meticulous. She answers all your questions with a smile. I always pray to have her attend to me whenever i go there for my antenatal. The Doctors and Midwives are fantastic however the Customer Service mars the whole essence. The hospital will be one of the best if the staff at the front desk are trained to be more professional and gentle on clients. I suggest they have a tally system where everyone knows when its their turn to see a Doctor based on their number as there is usually confusion as to who goes in first. I do my antenantals there based on proximity but still skeptical about delivery there. Although, the Midwives were fantastic at convincing me otherwise and took me on a tour of the Labour suite and delivery room. I am beginning to reconsider but still worried because I dont want to leave anything to chance. Hope to give a feedback based on how they handle delivery (I.e if I decide to deliver there).

Its a nice hospital in the heart of festac. They have a large compound with sizable parking lot. The hospital is highly recommended for good healthcare, prenatal& postnatal, child delivery etc

Top notch services!

Going to Gold Cross originally based on what I was seeing seemed like a good idea to me but with the little encounter Ive had with them, I dont see myself saying anything good about them anytime soon. The staff are the absolute worst, they act like they dont care and they actually dont care
