The maintenance are very poor and the watch machine is not working for the 28 days I spent there I only enjoy the electricity for 20days the rest of 8days was on and off light, and the bathroom backing up is terrible the security is ok, the elevator was bad for like 5days. The environment was ok and easy to locate. They need to work on maintenance.

An ok place that could be better

Awesome residence! Its a private residential development with multiple apartments. Located in a very quiet environment and has great views. Theres also a car park in front of the building with good road network.

Coming from delta state, thought it over priced, until I was told things on the island are quite expensive but its clean and neat

A short let apartment suitable for travellers or a home away from home experience. It is self serviced but well maintained. P.s the burner in the kitchen is slow. Plan your meals ahead and its not suitable for large cooking.

Constant power supply, quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartments are equipped with kitchen appliances, basically everything you have in a regular home with a little extra.Owners should work on basic maintenance though.

The Administrative system is nothing to right home about. No face to the official. No welcoming team. But the light and Aircondition service is superb

Poor cleaning, bad airco, no bedsheets and comforter, smelling water from the tap and insects and bug ridden. We hated the place!!!
