Greenade provides Healthy foods in different forms; Smoothies, Juices, Popsicles, Salads.I like all them all but my Favourite are the smoothies.I wasn’t sure about smoothies until I tried Greenade and I’ve not looked back since.There are so many options depending on what you’re interested in but You can’t go wrong.They also have very cool names.The Popsicles go well with the heat in Nigeria.

Delicious smoothies. Sweet healthy juices and salads that make your tastebuds question what salads you’ve beeen having. People who know me know I will not ordinarily eat a salad except it’s a fruit salad. But I have purchased and will continue to purchase Greenade chicken avocado salad(no avocado of course because I’m too picky 😩). I did a 5day smoothie cleanse in 2020 and my skin looks amazing still. I lost 1.3kg during the cleanse and felt much lighter
