Very nice salad and fruit selection options. Their healthy food menu is impressive.However, if you are in Victoria Island, NEVER EVER order them when hungry because they take forever to deliver.Order at your leisure and enjoy in-between meals.If you like spicy food, then order any of the spicy salad options, they dont disappoint on the spice. The wraps though, no spice in them.

Perhaps some more caution with the bottles and their lids. A proper cleaning/cleansing methods because we feed from these things.So maybe hygiene can be better. Salads good but smoothies can be better and ALWAYS cold.

This is my second time ordering (third time eating here), and the delivery time is abysmal. My order which is only 10 minutes (with moderate traffic) from their shop has taken well over 3 hours to arrive. I tried calling the shop and driver multiple times and was often met with a busy line/no answer. This delivery time is surprising and disappointing because it is well over the time guidance of one hour on their website, especially coupled with no communication.As well as that, there is a tendency to have missing items. My last salad in the Lekki branch was missing a few ingredients and was not replaced, however the Ikoyi branch called to ask. I found this much better as I retained value for my money.Although affordable and fairly healthy, I can not place an order there again because I will surely starve before my food has come. And seeing there are plenty of highly performing competitors, I know I will not go against this decision.

I accidentally found this place and since I am a juice and smoothie fan I had to go in. I love the interior design and the welcoming atmosphere. If you step in from the scotching heat the room temperature immediately makes you want to stay hours. I have had the lemon zinger juice twice... So good. Service and staff definitely add to the quality of experience.

So Fresh Ikoyi is easy-enough to find. It does get a little busy around lunch time so if you want your meals in a hurry, you can either call ahead of your arrival for pick up or you can order online or via telephone (numbers on their website or IG handles) for deliveries.I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken salad and it was perfect, as always. I was going to order a wrap or sandwich but they couldn’t do it in under ten minutes and I was in a hurry so I didn’t wait.I also do not understand for the life of me why we have to pay for extra salad dressing. That’s just... 👎🏾You can also get healthy snacks and bites from here. Coconut shavings, nuts, fresh fruits in bulk, smoothies and fresh juices, the works. An added advantage is that you have your calorie count per meal clearly stated on your food pack.

Their food is healthy and nice i suppose but the wait time is horrible. A few days ago I ordered two wraps and a salad and they told me they would arrive in 30 minutes and at the most 1hour. I live about 7 minutes away from the soo fresh I called but two hours had passed and my food had yet to be delivered. I ordered my food at 10am and the time was 4pm and I still hadnt received my food and I had already paid. What was supposed to be my breakfast came at 6pm that day.

So fresh Offers natural blend of nutritious foods. It has a Good location and it has a wheelchair accessible entrance. The parking lot is however limited. Power supply is very secured and security is very well.

So Fresh serves tasty and yummy healthy meals.Staff appear cheerful and the space is neat. There are random flies flying around but this is normal in the tropics especially where raw food is on display. Juices and smoothies are usually made fresh and on request so you may need to wait for 10minutes. Salads and parfaits can be bought off the rack subject to availability. Fruits are also on display as well as some random packed stuff like coconut flakes, dried fruits etc.Home delivery is available but quite slow so you may be better off picking from the store. If youre eating healthy, this is a good spot. Pricing is not cheap however some smaller sized meals were introduced newly. These mini-series definitely left me wanting some more!!!Parking space is very small and takes 6cars and they share the space with several other businesses. The outlet is small but creatively arranged and has few eating spaces as most people order takeouts.Toilet is very clean and there is a large mirror just before the toilets for selfie lovers like you 😊. There is a partition door to separate the toilet area from the eating area which to me is a good idea for hygiene reasons ie flying insects.Salads are really yummy and can be eaten alone or with two mini sizes of complimentary salad dressings that come with it. If youre counting calories, the packs are well labelled with your calorie count.Wraps are also fantastic and available in normal size or half size(mini).I will give the parfaits a minus as the yoghurt is not tasty....it has a sour/bitter taste and its watery compared with those served by the Smoothie Express.Full marks for the juices and smoothies. I love the lemon zinger the most. You can add some bits of extras for an additional fee.Meal plans are also available for the healthy and fit fam!

A lovely place to order for freshly made smoothie. The interior space is very small but can sit few people whilst waiting for the order to be made ready. The restroom is well-maintained, very neat and its open to both male and female walk in customers.The smoothie comes in a wide variety of different flavours with option of having it either cold or room temperature state. There are also sandwiches garnished with vegetables and fruits for purchase.The little space outside for cars can barely accommodate just enough vehicles during business hours.

They sell smoothies, salads and healthy snacks. You can also order online and they deliver for a fee. Online orders stop at 6 pm but no one tells you this and I had a bad experience as a result. I paid online, went to pick up at the store and was told my order would be treated the next day. They made reparations by delivering for free and as usual, their smoothie was great!

The outside looks a bit tidy, I couldnt access the shop as they were not yet open. However, I dont expect something below standard as I have been yo other outlets of theirs.

Nicely tucked away on awolowo road ikoyi. Fresh and healthy meal options at a very affordable rate. All COVID protocols were observed on ny last visit. And you can even order ahead online to make the process seamless.

Loved their parfait. I had the one with pineapples, strawberries, coconut, grapes and apples and loved it.I will definitely go back for more.p.s. their Ikoyi/Awolowo store has limited parking though but thats normal with most stores on that road.

For fresh, green, nutritious food, SoFresh is definitely top notch. Every bite and sip of the food and juice is so worth it. Its a 5 for me.

So not sure what policy changed. I usually buy their heavenly pineapple parfait & a separate bag of coconut flakes as I like to add coconut at various intervals during the sumptuous eating of this parfait. One this very day last week, I got my usual pineapple parfait & I wanted my separate bag of coconut...They noted they were out, that they only had the one they could portion out...No problem, I will pay for it (an extra N200), then the bombshell. They cannot put it separate but it most go directly into the parfait at that time... 😯😯😯😯😯. WHAT?? WHY??WHY??WHY??? It killed my ritual of how I like eating/consuming your parfait & left me very sad. I was not asking for anything free. I even offered to give them a container. I did not ask for a discount. Whatever is the cause of this change in policy, you need to address the root cause as putting it directly in my parfait & spoiling my eating my pattern does not go down well.

So it was the first time I have had a meal at their spot on Awolowo road. I enjoy their meals but the ambience, smell wasnt nice. Its a lot of work when you have an open kitchen or a place where meals are prepared and where people actually eat. Lets work on cleaning up the kitchen and ensuring it smells great

I came here for the first time. I highly recommend this place especially if you are a picky eater like myself. The place was clean, service was great and they made everything fresh to order. Id been looking for smoothies in this country since I drink smoothies everyday in America. Thanks for the great service u provided.

Terrible online service. i personally feel they should stop delivering. i only just tried their parfait once and fell in love with it... it was absolutely perfect except for the price. But their delivery time is extremely late. Last week they stopped picking their calls about 3 hours after we ordered... only to deliver our order 7 hours after we placed it.Yesterday they stopped picking their calls, and they never delivered any of our orders. In my opinion, any eatery that would allow their customers to wait indefinitely from 11am and never deliver the order, not apologize or call... deserves 0.1 star if possible, no matter how nice their menu is.

My favourite spot for salad here 😋😋😋. Never regret having nice healthy meal, tho a little bit costly but it is affordable. Gradually they are expanded, different locations. They open on Sundays too, mostly after church activities.

Shrimp and Avocado salad is to die for. Smoothies are good. You can buy seasonal fruits here. Speed of service definitely needs work but great place still.

I absolutely love their menu but I have to say: if you cannot drive to Ikoyi or have someone pick up for you, its not worth it. Every time I order from them online, I end up having to buy something else (of course, unhealthy snacks) before they deliver. Their average delivery time is 3 hours.My advice is they should not offer delivery service. Until I hear news about improved delivery service, so long, So Fresh.

Lovely menu. Im kinda addicted to the banana parfait but I must say that the delivery service is extremely poor and if there is another worst word for extremely poor delivery service, then thats the word to be used. Everyone keeps complaining about this but they have refused to act on this terrible flaw. Its really appalling that you place an order by 8am in the morning and the supposed breakfast doesnt get delivered till noon, yet the delivery fee is N500. Please work on this cuz it definitely affects your sales, in case you are not aware.
