We had our 2 kids in this hospital, the 1st in 2017 & the services were top notch but the experience when we had our 2nd child in 2020 was horrible. It appears the management has changed, no single competent doctor, all the doctors & nurses putting up very gloomy faces. My experience today as I brought my son for malaria treatment shows this place is as good as a first aid, Very slow services, dirty environment, mosquitoes everywhere, not sure this place has been fumigated in 2 years, almost all the equipment are faulty.I am engaging my HMO to change this hospital, my family health is of utmost importance to me.

No doubts, the care is top notch with respect to the concerns I visited for. However, waiting time remains a challenge. This applies to virtually all healthcare providers in Nigeria or even worse. Patients having to wait for a specialist who is yet to leave his house.😔

This shouldnt be your first as someone having a crisis. I had a horrible experience at this hospital. They refused to tell me or my husband information from test result. I would died here. Thank God I discharged myself. They cant stand patient who ask questions.Structural building is not same as expertise.One cant differentiate between nurses and doctors. Between the vitals and pharmacy and customer seem to be a coven as one sees jobless uniform people roaming around with their unfriendly faces.I spent 5days in the hospital and the Bedsheet werent changed and no improvement in my health. My hand I had to nurse to health as they care about how it previously looked.

Definately not your best choice for children. Some of their nurses are really wicked with lack of professionalism. Had to discharge my daughter myself. Just a call on the nurse on duty to check the line on the baby since the baby cant express herself but I could tell the baby was in pain with the unusual cry. The nurse silenced me with the insult of my life. It was a hot argument before the doctor later stepped in to listen to my complaint and the line was checked. Painfully there was a blockage already leading to a swollen hand.They really love to admit patients at any slight opportunity. Why make life difficult.

Kupa medical has always been there for me. I had two of my kids here. Arguably the best hospital in Ajao Estate Isolo. It has a laboratory within the building for minor cases and more sophisticated laboratory building just adjacent the hospitals main building. The wards are cozy and the environment clean. The rate of Labour turnover however is very high.

From the first time I was ever sent there I wasnt impressed, the hospital is dirty and slow. You will need to go with your own hand wash and sanitizer if you are being admitted there, the rooms and bathrooms are so dirty.

Rude nurses and their price is quite on the high side for private patients.

Kupa medical centers facilities are very good, they also have professional doctors.One of the reasons that made me fall in love with their service is their automated processes.However, Kupa is not a place to go if you are not patient. You might sometimes spend 4 to 6 hours before leaving the hospital.Kupa really need to work on its crowd management.Overall, kupa is not a bad place to visit.

Kupa medical centre is easily one of the best facility you can find around the Oshodi-Isolo-Mafoluku-Airport axis.Organized and Professional. Their automated processes and workflow makes patient management easy and less stressful for patients.However, you may experience painfully slow process at the billing points (especially when transitioning from admission to discharge). Also the response time to getting admission wards ready can be inexplicably long sometimes.But overall, there are no regrets with this medical centre. Service delivery too has many more plus than minus.

Good hospital with experienced doctors. Longer waiting time because of the crowd especially on Saturdays. They are digitalised as the case file is registered on the computer. Once registered as a patient, just provide your details and your medical records will be retrieved.

Good for basic health care

I still cannot find a replacement for Isalu Hospitals at Ogba. Other Hospitals needs to go there for better medical training. Baba Isalu, God bless you and equip your successor to do even better Sir.

Very poor and disappointing, after the long wait, when it got to my turn the doctor left without saying anything, waiting for another hour only to find out that their system was down that they cant work. So unfair!
