Good roads connection to all the streets in the estate

The security here sincerely believe they work for the FBI lol.... okay okay, but its a nice place, they take safety seriously and mind their business in here...

Fantastic estate, very clean and generally a good place to live with or without family. Most residences have good water and electricity is good there too. It is also easily accessible with good roads. The road leading to is where the ocean front is, so not bad for a weekend chill. However, the security personnel at the estates gate can be annoying and sometimes impolite depending on those taking the shift.
