Beautiful garden estate , security is very tight though, police and security men are on ground, theres a public pool for use and CCTV cameras watching..... overall a nice place to visit

Oh My! This estate is indeed organized and they clearly know what they are doing.No shortage of power and yes they have in house casual workers available even at odd hours.Its very close to Ojota and Ikeja. Totally loved my stay there. Before I forget, the kitchen is really big, exactly my dream kitchen.

The estate looks beautiful from the outside and the security level is quite high, it is situated along oregun road, hidden in such a way that if you dont look properly, you might miss the estate, appears to be big from the outside, but I havent been inside to see the full view

Lovely residential estate off the popular Oregun Road. I was impressed by the management and organisation of the residential areas well as the recreation spaces.The security guards at the main entrance were courteous and provided helpful directions. I also like that driving into the estate is divided up so that guests and residents have different access points.I feel like the exit point into Oregun Road from the estate can be made better, considering that theres a U-turn a few meters ahead.

Oregun is a lovely area in Lagos. Its in the heart of the city. Alfred gardens is a combination of terraced houses and some flats. Theres power 24/7 and you can get to other parts of the city easily. Since the Olusosun dump site, which is near, has been closed. Traffic has eased up.Theres a childrens play area and the ambience of the estate is commendable. All in all, a great place to live
