I would say that the original plan for this estate is for it to be a Lekki neighborhood in Yaba. Unfortunately, its just mid. Lights go off from time to time and water is rusty. The security guys are super rude to women and they beg for tips a lot.Bear in mind that I am speaking from my personal experience. So, its just okay
