The entire process and communication has been a nightmare. I live in Dallas so I wanted my package sent to Dallas so the shipper in Lagos collected my package and said it’s very close to my address so I can pick up after paying customs fee. My package got sent to Houston and they are asking for a shipping fee of $73 to ship to Dallas. Never using them again.
