I have cleared about 3 containers and nearly 100 roro vehicles with other smaller brokers and it was always a stress. I wish I worked with VHI all that time. They are straightforward and very dependable. Pricing is on par with the rest of the industry, but the service is much better at VHI. Will continue using them from now on.

Very poor service!!! I do not recommend to even an enemy. Our(wife and two children) property has been on transit from Lagos to Port Harcourt since Tuesday 25th May, 2021 and until today 30th May, 2021 we havent received it. No one even calls to give updates, we have been calling for updates and it has been stories upon stories. We have been in the hotel since and incurring additional costs.You do not even deserve any ⭐. We regret that our paths crossed, so much for international.

They delivered on promise

Traffic was heavy getting there. There was parking, good enough for quick pickup. Payment is not accepted at this location. You have to do a bank transfer using the information given to you via email. Customer service was courteous & professional.My main issue was that it took them about three weeks from the time my shipment was recieved at their USA location.

I was just amazed when i got a call from VHI cargo that my goods that arrived their US facility last Tuesday is ready for pick up today, Monday. Many of them will promise 7-10day, which they also promised. But was just happy to receive my stuff from them in less than 7days. I think theyre good guys. Their service is fast for me
