Drive through pickup location for amazing pizza. Might be hard to locate as it is within the filling station’s building. The pizzas are made in absolutely record time but not enough waiting space for pickups. They offer a delivery service for those that don’t intend to wait.

Before I say anything, theyve got the BEST pizza in Lagos hands down! Having that settled, heres what youd like of the place. They are quite cordial in their service, quick to take and prepare your orders. I love the triple decker myself, its to die for really....really! Im not happy that they dont have more shops than they do. This just means ordering to locations is very much limited. Talking about ordering, I didnt quite have a good experience as I ordered on the website twice and for some funny reason, it got cancelled minutes after. I had to speak to a supervisor who was super helpful in getting it sorted. They are service oriented. Love them.

I totally enjoy their triple decker pizza. Its amazing. Prices are affordable too and i believe their pizza are far better than dominos. They also offer home delivery. Which is very convenient. Wait time is about 30mins.

The two stars here is for the customer service.I got three flavours; Hawaiian, meaty and bbq chicken. In the Hawaiian one, the pineapple taste was totally masked. I have no idea why that is. The bbq chicken and meaty didnt taste good at all, plus there were tiny stones in them that made eating these pizzas annoying.Im really disappointed for the money and time wasted.

They are one the best debonair outlet in Lagos as a whole. Tripe decker with sweet chili sauce is my go to order

Their pizza is alright, thats why they get 3 stars. However, Debonairs Pizza lacks good service. The service at this store in Ikoyi is actually quite tolerable compared to some of their other stores. I avoid those others as much as I can.Called to place an order and the lady didn’t even know the ingredients in some of their pizzas under the ON THE DOUBLE promo (creamy chicken, chicken noble, BBQ bacon). In fact it was so bad and a little insulting when she said the BBQ bacon pizza has bacon on it. Like, duh, of course it has bacon, but what else? She owned up that she didnt know, and transferred the phone to someone else. The persons first response was also quite insulting. He said BBQ bacon pizza has bacon on it and bacon is made of pork. I wished there was a way for them to see how I rolled my eyes over the phone! Other than the name of these particular pizzas, you wont find any other information on them on the website. How are customers expected to make informed decisions when ordering? Anyway, I was told the BBQ bacon is just the crust, cheese, BBQ sauce and bacon, while the creamy chicken is just the crust, their cream sauce, chicken and cheese. There are no veggies at all, not even onions and tomato. If u want these or any other topping, you pay extra. So I went for a triple decker instead, a much better bargain in my opinion cos it comes with different meats, veggies and same cream sauce and cheeses.After placing my order, I asked for the account details so I could pay via bank transfer. I was told the lady who answered the phone initially would text it to me. She never did. I had to call back an additional 2 times. Eventually I called and asked her to read out the details to me over the phone since it was taking forever to send via text message (like, shouldnt you have this info saved on the stores phone so you just copy, paste and send??!!).I really hope they step up in terms of service. I would like to give them 5 stars.Btw, their app is even worse than the website. For starters, they are advertising the Deboniars Pizza App on their IG handle, not the Deboniars Pizza Nigeria app, which is quite misleading cos the former is for South Africa. The Nigerian app is a total fail. It has a 1.9 star rating as at the time of this review, yet Deboniars Pizza Nigeria is advertising a 20% discount on orders placed on the app. How do you run a promo for an app that doesnt load? They dont even respond to the reviews.Best way to get your pizza is to go there in person, place your order, pay and collect. Next manageable method is to call the particular store you want to order from. I wouldnt recommend using their website. Dont even bother with their app.

I called to order pizza for myself and my boss and colleagues.. waited for one hour and half only to be told the person who i spoke with had closed and didnt register the order...i was made to look stupid and its the most unbelievable experience i have had in my entire life. they also said the dispatch is out and they cant re-book the order for another one and half hours.... thats debonair. i sure will come again...to think this was my first attempt at taking their pizza.

So everyone raves about Debonairs pizza n I decided to try it out. Personally my households prefers another pizza shop. We were not super impressed especially given it was almost double in price when compared to our favorites. My kids didn’t like it. Won’t be going back.
