I will be back again. A small place so you are sure that it wont be crowded, and it has an outdoor setting, you get to eat your sumptuous pancakes and you can look at the trees around you, the foot paths around the place , generally there is a cool ambience here.Locating the place shouldnt be so difficult, though there is no sign outside, the gate is painted in white and blue, 17a, Jibowu street, watch out for lots of palm trees on that street, your destination is just opposite the bunch of palm trees.Been craving well made pancakes for days and I am glad I found the Pancakes hubs, you should visit too.Very reasonable prices too.

I woke up craving pancakes and remembered that I had heard of a place called Pancake Hub in Yaba, so I set out to find it.I must say that its easy to miss as there are no signboards and the building is hidden behind a much taller building.Its an outdoor setting kinda restaurant and has tables that can sit a total of 14 -16 people.The man who attended to me was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a menu, showed me where to sit and when I had decided what I wanted to get, helped place the order and brought my meal to me once it was ready.I ordered the Full Combo Meal and it had 4 pancakes, 2 meatballs, 1 sausage (cut into 2 halves), 1 spicy turkey wing, scrambled eggs, syrup and a bottle of lemonade (you have the option of getting either hot chocolate or lemonade but I went with the latter as Im not a cocoa person). The full meal cost me N3,400.00 (The full combo meal is N3,300.00 but I ordered a bottle of water which cost N100)The environment was very serene and I devoured my meal while enjoying the cool breeze and reading of the escapades of Arsene Lupin.All in all, it was a pleasant experience and Id recommend it to anyone around Yaba who like me, suddenly gets a craving for pancakes and eggs 😊.

My first visit here was some years ago and the place and service has not changed which is both good and bad.The space is quite small. They have a compound they could have better utilised that would cater to the people who patronise the place.Also, the pancake sizes are reduced so do not think the mini platter would be too much for you.Attached is the updated menu

I had the meatball pasta and I enjoyed myself. The bowl was yummy, and big, I had to share it into 2, and take half home.

Not a great fan of the modern pancake, can still remember my grandma making it with onions and peppers. But I did enjoy the pancakes from pancake hub, and my favourite the scrambled eggs love love love...sadly they were out of bacons when I called. The seats need an update though, I understand the retro look but it can be done better. Would recommend it for the light contemporary breakfast or brunch.

I go here whenever I want to eat homemade pancakes and meatballs. They are affordable and their pancakes are delicious! Their service is also good, the owner is quite polite and always asks if you enjoyed your meal. With 5k -7k you can have a breakfast for two at this spot!

It was a bit difficult to locate this breakfast place because there was no signage. I called the number on their profile and was directed to the location. Its located at the backyard of a storey building and looked Serene. On arrival, I was welcomed and a menu was handed to me. It took time for me to figure out what meal to order as I had trouble trying to figure out which meal to order that wouldnt be too much or too smal. I ended up ordering for the Pancake breakfast meal and a bottle of water. This worked just well for me and was not sugary which was a plus for me. Asides the initial generator noise and challenge in locating the place, I had an overall good experience. However, I think theres a room for improvement in their service. E.g if you order multiple items off the menu, everything isnt given to you at once on a tray. You get your order in bits by hand.I forgot to add that they have a nice photo backdrop.

Pasta - 10/10 ... Its a hard 10. The food is so good and the menu is unique, but narrow. The fact that the venue is actually at a backyard can seem creepy for a 1st time goer... a lot can be done with the signage. The atmosphere around there is quite warm and friendly, despite being at a backyard. Going back to try the pancakes...

Made my way here because of twitter gist and Im happy I did.The location is so unassuming as I go through that street many times a week and theres also no visible signage so I believe everyone gets there by word of mouth or Google maps.The environment is nice and the service is good. Really liked my meal; had the mini pancake platter and a lemonade drink.Really pocket friendly.Will be back.

They offer a wide range of amazing and tasty breakfast meals in a serene and quiet environment surrounded by nature. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The venue isn’t easy to locate though due to lack of signage and had to go round in circles before I finally got it.

I was trolling the net looking for food options when I came across this store.. I was intrigued to learn that their main menu consisted of pancakes and decided to reach out to them. I placed my order and it was delivered..Now I ordered the pancake breakfast meal which offered 3 pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausages. This is where they lose a star, the scrambled eggs wasnt nice and it was a lone tiny sausage cut into two even more tiny pieces. Maybe they were out? It was nice though. I also tried the pancake delight/fruity pancake.. It was okay, nothing special. When I placed the order I was informed they were out of the fruit toppings so it would come plain.. It is okay if they are out of what makes a signature meal but wrong to charge same price when Im not getting what was advertised... They lost an extra star for that but gained it with their spicy chicken... nice..I didnt come away wowed and would probably not go all out just for pancakes (maybe crepes) but I give it to them for effort..PS. They also serve pasta meals if you happen to be stuck and are not a pancake lover...

Ordered delivery from Pancake Hub, the delivery came in under 1 hour (which is impressive) and the pancakes were good enough for the price. However, I didnt like the scrambled eggs or meatballs that came with the pancakes

Pancake hub is a restaurant that serves breakfast on the mainland (Jibowu). They serve pancakes, sausages, hot chocolate, pasta, and so on. Currently due to the pandemic, eat in is based on reservations, but they allow pickup, take out and Delivery. Their meals are really nice, I enjoyed it. But that space wasnt all welcoming I must say

This place has the best pancake and meatballs on the mainland. The location is quite and serene. I loved everything about the place. If you live around make sure you visit. They are relatively cheap. You would only have to call the number on the site to get the exact place and not get lost. Its on number 17A jibowu.

I really enjoyed being there. Depending on how busy they are and your order, you might spend a while waiting for the food, but it is worth the wait. Its good for an intimate brunch or a light breakfast.

Great pancakes and nicely tucked away in Yaba.I’d included a picture of the menu as they actually do delivery as well. They have lots of savory options to their pancakes.They are super accommodating with requests as well (I’ve called 5mins before closing and still had food prepared for pick-up).Not great coffee though! Hopefully they get a coffee maker soon.If you like a lot of syrup with your pancake, I highly recommend having takeaway and using your own syrup.

Pancakes Hub is my favourite go-to place for quick breakfast. Situated in the heart of Jibowu, Yaba.Excellent ambience with well trimmed tall trees and cool breeze. Steamy hot meal and light.The meals are not just tasty but filling and well plated. Do well to stop by for a quick fix if youre on the mainland.

Lovely area for you to cool off and eat something light that is good. Their chicken is well spiced for a proper Yoruba person and their meal is very delicious and tasty. You might need help locating the place but once it is found, you will love it. You can go with your phone so that you can watch videos and stream videos to cool down with the breeze

Set within Jibowu area of Yaba, Pancake Hub offers a brunch menu centred around pancakes. I found the pancakes quite fluffy and with just the right sweet taste. The sides also added to the deliciousness. Its set within a small garden and quiet enough to make you actually concentrate on eating your food

I was there for brunch with a friend and i must say it was a good experience! we had to call in to make reservations to eat in due to covid regulations though. but the food was really nice. got ready in good time too. there are many options to choose from too, we were literally spoilt for choice. ended up eating the mini platter which had 10 pancakes, vegetable stir fry, meatballs and sausages. yum yum! @ #3300. which Ill say was worth it.its easy to locate, however there is that absence of a sign post/billboard to show pancake hub. thats the only downside really. if you looking for a good place for breakfast, brunch or lunch pancake hub is aa great choice.
