Polystar electronics sell different kinds of branded electronic products, ranging from TV, refrigerators, air conditioners and so on. I can’t say much about the quality as I haven’t tried it out before. If you are looking for affordable electronic items, polystar is probably the place to check out.

If its possible I give Zero star I would have ,I bought a 32 inches TV from Polystar i May 2020 and didnt use it up to a year the screen is expired , I put a call Accross to them and I was told I have to pay 35000 that their warranty does not cover the screen.A friends polystar TV too had speaker problem in less than a year of use, another person I know bought their Fan and got spoilt before 3 months of use. You people should stop exploiting your customers and produce authentic electronics I can never purchase anything from you again and if I know anyone thats buying your product Ill discourage them because all you produce and sell is fake

My 55inches Polystar curve TV is not booting completely. I need their engineers to come around and check it. I’ve not been able to sign in to my YouTube Account since I got the TV; The NetFlix is not even working... I need them to come around and have a look.

Terrible experience! They have just two service centers in Lagos- Apapa and their head office at Alaba international. It would have been great to have a centre in Ikeja. I spent a whole day travelling from Ogba to Alaba in Ojo before tracing their new office. At least am happy I got my sound system fixed there.
