Ive been here a couple of times now and I noticed something thats being repeated by the staffs of the company. Then tend to be on ones neck after buying items. They feel so entitled to customers tipping them.Its really unprofessional.

This place is OK! Theyve got good electronics at a good price. You buy the elextonics with peace of mind knowing fully well that theyll work fine.Good customer service. There are enough staff on ground to attend to the customers.The only issue I have with this store is the fact that it doesnt look well kept and well maintained. The ambience of the store needs to be worked on. It needs to look cleaner and old parts replaced.Parking is also an issue. There isnt enough parking space and you may not get a place to park if you go with your car.

These guys are set of scammers and arent to be taken seriously! I purchased a new Royal rechargeable fan from them, and in less than 1 month, the battery will no longer hold power. As a matter of fact, the fan become a normal fan that wouldnt work without electricity. The issue was brought to their attention via mail and call, only to be told that they wouldnt change the battery for me. According to them, the warranty on a rechargeable fan battery is different from the one that covers the fan, and its for 3 months, after which the warranty elapses - therefore, I must pay to replace the battery (an amount I didnt have issue paying, but I HATE BEING CHEATED). I made it known to them that this issue started in less than a month, but they wouldnt budge. Long and short of the story, I instructed my wife to take the fan down to them and we left it there. I immediately went to another store to purchase QASA fan that I have always known..

Ive always bought things there but surprisingly, they had no staff to direct parking! The one I met there (apparently for another company) was asking for financial inducement which I blatantly refused.Not acceptable for a company that big.

One of the best stores to get quality electronics in Lagos. This particular store often gets really busy on weekends especially. Parking could be a hassle. They also offer great discounts on select electronic products. They also offer warranty on their items. Its easy to locate the place from the road .

Sold us repacked fake thermocool ac with model that thermocool didnt confirm they built. We went back and they said come back next week and till date its been one story or the other. Buy else where. Something is not right there. They are using the old brand name to sell fake items.

They sell all types of electronics here from TVs to audio sets, from generators to cookers and blenders. They have good deals from time to time but can work more on their Service delivery.Parking space is limited but they have okay prices.

It is just one out of many vendors of electronic products located along the popular Allen Avenue in Ikeja. Finding a place to park could be difficult due to inadequate parking space. The sales staff/cashier could possibly irritate/annoy you with their open request for a financial tip after you have made your purchase.

A very popular business on this axis and in Lagos as well. They have beautiful pieces of electronics and unique in Operation. They came with a big bang in mid 2000 and was on the lips of every lagosian but that wave and and popularity is on the low now in my opinion. There should be something done about their parking space as this kind of business attract people who are mobile to be able to convey whatever they buy as they do not have enough parking space. Your customer attendants should also be given further training on work ethics least one would assume everything and everyone here is CASH as your name implies.

This is a big place with 2 floors up and a basement floor selling electrical electronics like television sets, DVD players, refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioner units, fans, rechargeable fans, gas cookers, electrical cookers, and many other appliances.You can also get solar systems, and inverter systems there.Also Bunsen clothings for men is on the top floor.Not wheelchair accessible.Restroom isnt nice as should be so avoid using the one here.Limited parking up front.Great customer service. Good competitive prices.

The parking situation is pretty bad

I was able to get the product i have been searching for since the beginning of the year and i got it at a discount price. Customer care was very good. I will go back whenever i need to buy my electronics or home appliances.

Items sold here are reasonably priced but the sales staff and porters harrass customers for money/tips. This is not right. Tips are voluntary and there is no need to muscle up anyone for this. I had Same experience at cash n carry Ikeja City mall. I couldnt help but wonder if its part of the company policy to do this. Please STOP
