The location is superb with good parking space. Their customer service is great and theyve got lots of products for home and office use. Their prices are affordable too.

My experience with them is very very bad! My freezer start having problem before a year. They repaired it and gave me bad compressor now. It cant even freeze like a fridge talkless of freezer. My experience is very bad! They have this I DNT care attitude.

The konga app is a nice user-friendly app with great products.I usually prefer buying tech products, gadgets, and phone accessories from konga, basically because they offer the best than other online shopping apps and they have wide varieties to choose from.For the konga retail store, I live really close to one and they offer really nice products (mainly tech products and household items) for lesser amount than the ones showcased on the app.Their customer service is top notch too. Friendly staffs who are ready to assist and answer all your questions.The cashiers are also efficient. they always offer the best alternative product just incase the main one you want isnt available.Every now and then they also do promos and outdoor sells in front of their retail store, so you can always get more for less there.Id strongly recommend konga retail store to anyone.

Not like I hate the place as such. But my experience with the store some years back changed my perception. My family had ordered two set of purifying taps for the house. What we saw online wasnt what was eventually delivered. Plus even the ones delivered could not be managed either. So we returned them and asked for refund. The store told us they had to be able to sell those before we could get our money back. They held onto the money for a long time until we threatened to call them out online then, the money was released. Too bad.

Its located on 4th avenue, right beside Access Bank. Its one of Kongas numerous brick and mortar stores where you can buy, order or even do some window shopping. The staff there are quite welcoming and helpful.

Pick up location at festac for your delivery order. Used it but they had issues with POS, I had to go withdraw cash.
