I tell u we returned a broken screen tv and instead of them asking us to repair we were just advise to add just 20% of the amount we bought it and take new one of the same model or we go for higher one with an addition that is friendly an convinced for both parties. Better know what you want before getting in here. I wasnt sure and that threw me off balance. Got confused because youre spoilt for choice here. Electronics are all brand new. From TVs of all sorts and sizes, to air conditioners to sound and more.One has to mention the service experience. Its top placed. There are knowledgeable attendants who know the electronics. They helped me make up my mind on what to get. Recommended.

Looking for Hisense TVs, this is the place to come. An array of wide ranging TVs with attractive price points. There are other brands like LG including white and other household products on offer. There are large screen TVs well arranged to attract attention as one may imagine in an establishment like that. By the way, Fouani are a real power in the electronics, smartphones and other products distribution in Nigeria and indeed West Africa.

They sell quality home appliances. All other distributors source from them. Obviously they are cheaper than the rest. Home of LG and Hisense.

This LG shop building is called COLORS...inside the shop is very beautiful and big with good ambience. They stock lots of amazing electronics and other home electrical items.

Massive showroom, ample parking, courteous sales assistants. Although the managers of the store leaves a lot to be desired. Came away from my encounter feeling they were a bit arrogant compared to the sales assistants.

Well I was surprised by the large quantity and variety of household products they have, at varying prices to suit everyone. Customer service was great, staffs friendly and helpful. There is hardly any household item they dont have. Theres ample parking space and security. Highly recommended

The service was not unpleasant, but not speedy. I took down one star for speed, and another because I cannot classify the service as excellent. On the upside, the ambience is good and the store is well stocked with atleast four popular brands of home appliances.

I dont know what the issue was the day I went but the customer service was really poor. I came here to buy a refrigerator, microwave and a fan because its super close to my house and it would be easier to move the heavy stuff but I ended up purchasing from their outlet at Ikeja City Mall. I tried to talk to the reps at the store because I couldnt locate what I wanted but everyone was just so nonchalant .

I think most people are scared away by all the really expensive televisions you see when you enter but actually theres a very cool section on the first floor where they have very reasonably priced (premium) household items. Worth a visit.I think the process of buying stuff does need to be improved though. I understand there might be underlying trust issues with this kind of business between the management and the employees and Im not here to solve that problem but I do think the overall process can be better.

Pricey well stocked but relatively good value for money. Leading brands and not so popular brands. A one stop shop for kitchen appliances but annoying bureaucracy for payments. The structure for payments should be reduced. I spent close to 15mins trying to make payments and left without making any.

Lovely customer service. But dont use the Access bank PoS there. If you have a failed transaction it will take you forever to get it. It took me about 8 weeks to get my money back.

Colors is a good place to shop for home appliances and electronics. The place is very spacious with their products neatly arranged. Their sales officers were well dressed and the lady that attended to me was very courteous and proved to have sound knowledge of their products. Their prices are definitely not the best but when you consider warranty and after sales service that Fouani offer, just buy from them. They also accept post dated cheques.

I bought my last generator from there. They are very reliable and their products are top notch

Prices of electronics are great... They have competitive prices. I wish they could improve a bit on their customer service as I had to ask before I was attended to. To make payments I had to stand and wait while they talked. After my payment goods were confirmed the guy was job it was being items to my car was demanding for tip anything for the boys that can be irritating but I will keep going cos of their prices.

This new store is much bigger & filled with appliances which appear to be cheaper than other outlets that sell LG products. The problem l found is that a lot of the staff are not adequately informed of the products. They basically recite the description of the item (which one can easily read), but cannot explain or answer questions. The after sales service is poor & they can be unnecessary rude.

New place, a few teething issues. For instance, the different electronic sections dont seem to have a stand by staff to attend to you. So you have to look for one to attend to you. They also need sales staff with better technical knowledge of the products.
