Ikeja electric shomolu are dealing with their esteemed customers with fraud and disdain The operator are expert 419ners with their so trickish prepaid metre. How come company a sold to both indians and Nigerians tricky gaven estimated billing for light you did not use more ten years ago they are forcing you to pay them in the name of prepaid metre in a country were it seems there is no regulators monitoring the activities of this unscrupulous oppressors who cheat us . For instance evey month the bill you #6000 or a minimum #50000. Started about ten years ago out of you between#20000 for light you were not supplied now promised free prepaid trickishly now telling how much you will pay every month instead of the prepaid metre. Initially we thought it is going to be be like mobile network mtn and others sold we dont know they dupers. Nitel old bill was not transferred to users better the ikeja electric shomolu are now charge Ed us the old we did not consume in the of prepaid metre which it will not work unless the criminal estimated bill are concealed cancelled so that consummes will have a reprieve government regulators monitoring should look it so that this wicked investors should stop cheating us we are very tired of their cheating attitude because of their inefficiency.
No customer care or cashiers at the weekend. Many are seeking means of defrauding clients.Prepaid Meyer installation is not being pushed or explained adequately. Even when you overcome all odds and get one, the information required to use them are not given.it is being paid for and it comes with many challenges. Mine came in November for a week now Its nor working.Ikeja Electric is has issues.

Poor service time and never keep to promise
This particular IKEDC office is understaffed. , The security officers at the gate respond to most individuals enquiries. Only where the security cannot solve your issue do they allow you to go inside to meet the IKEDC officials. When you get inside theres a queue of people and only one or two people attending. Honestly, the office needs more staff...I left out of frustration after about an hour.Well, that was my experience.
IKEDC Service Centre where super poor service is guaranteed. They stop attending to customers by 2.30pm
