Eko Electric go at least 1 week with one fault or the other (so you are sure youd have light for 21 days in 30) but the problem is theyre so quick to jump at cutting the light once its time. Lets not forget the estimated billing that comes with it. Two, their staff collected bribe to fix my prepaid meter as if the removed something in it and claim it was missing in my very eye - I paid though for peace to reign that day. If there are still doing that they better repent.
Hey, I currently live at peace Estate, Iyanaodo bustop. The thing is, there hasn’t been light for about two days now and it’s really affecting our power usage, we can’t run the pumping machine because ours operate on Electricity. Please do intervene and get to the root of this issue. It has become a regular occurrence and it should not be so. I’m in good hope that something is done about this, thanks.
You could do a lot better than your current abysmal service.1. Your response time to fault clearing leaves much to be desired along Lekki-Epe expressway especially on your Ibeju 33KV line.2. Your mass metering program is far below expectation as it is a known fact that you prefer crazy estimated billing whether you supply power or not. Stop hoarding and warehousing the meters!3. You should improve strategically on informing consumers within your areas of coverage of a planned power outage and ofcourse time lag. Again, consumers should know the reason/s for unplanned power outage that is more than three (3)hours. The percentage of consumers who get to hear or see your publications on various platforms on power outages is very low.4. Stop giving consumers unuseable low quality current (hig/low voltage)that cause damages to appliances as has been the case.5. You current services dont deserve or be rated with star/s yet but Ill give you one as you made it a prerequesite to be able to post this.
A very good place to visit for business.
I was made to pay for 300units rather 100 units that was preloaded with my meter. Im yet to be reimbursed despite several complaints.
To me this company can do more if giving kudos and cheers instead of critizing and head downpour to the staff. When I think of electricity.I think of Substation, distribution and servicing and maintenance. All these stages are serious hardnut to crack but first you think of safety before operation.am in that field cant forget all I have been taught. For me this, this company can do well if there is a robot machine that can give a one hand information about the current situation of supply to the customer, root cause of situation, what engineers are doing about, maintenance stratedgy and the likes.Eko distribution can be better for it.lets us stop saying we are Nigerians and so! .Things can also work in our generations.Count me out of spoilers.Nigeria can still better.BUT poverty is killing everything.I hope Restoration will come one day. What am I if I cant leave sand of times.Think safety ,Think operations. God bless Nigerians.God will take us there together.
More service and supply
Servers always offline. Customer care lines arent going through. Which kind of country Nigeria is this? I wish one can use any electricity distribution other than Eko Electric. I wish the meter could read from any other distribution. Useless!!!!
You should be renamed no electricity distribution company.
Very bad experience with ekedc. One minute you are praising them for raising the bar with electricity and then next minute light is out for a whole 3days.Whats happening in Abijo GRA.This is business, you loose money when you dont supply power.
I live in Maxwell street Aguda Surulere Lagos in my area we are not seeing light if for like five hours we wont have it or 2days and we are paying our bills they bring bill we paid even in the lock down they brought bill we paid why didnt they want to give us light.
Is okay
Agents of darkness.
Astronomically high bills. No power to justify the bill.
Its by far better than many other DISCOs in the country
Eko Electricity Distribution Plc is a Disco with classic. All policies of the company are customers driven. Working environment is made friendly to all staff members. Lovely working conditions and welfare packages. The company is working round the clock to provide a splendid services to customers. Presently the company has commissioned a Scada-dms project awaiting inauguration. The project when comes on board will be the first among the Discos. This will reduce downtime and ATC & C losses
You can contact all these district personnel for your complaints
Terrible, faulty light every now and then, please give a lasting solution
Its not difficult to locate using Google map
No response from customers service email for weeks now. Not good at all. How do customers get inquiry and other service benefits.
Urgent renovation is required to restore the architectural beauty of this building. Former HQ of the government owned National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) is now the corporate head office of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (established 2013) after privatization. The buildings frontage boasts of the statue of Sango the Yoruba deity and god of thunder. With 15 floors and backyard offices, the electricity utility company serves customers in Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Banana Island, Lekki, Festac, Ojo, Surulere, Mushin and the industrial town of Agbara in Ogun State.
I just pass by, not like I entered the office
I did my internship there and it was wonderful
A disappointment, fraudlent, bad service delivery where people are heavily charge to pay for what we are not getting,I wish there,s a higher authority that can take up this issue, totally fed up.
Very rude, poor and shocking collection of staff members especially at the Ijesha Road vending office after the Police Station. Though not a surprise, yet to see an exception
The contact/customer care number platform is a fraud. I called and the first comment said its a 24/7 service and subsequently I was put on hold for over 20mins till I cut the line with the periodic message Please hold, you will be attended to soonI never got attended to. Its just a bloody fraud. If there is something lower than one star, I would have given it
This building needs an upgrade, it does not befit the status of the power company managing it.
