The staff was efficient and the delivery was made in barely 24hours.However, it took me more time than necessary to locate the place. For a brand that popular, they can certainly do better than tucking their service point in a nondescript location.If I hadn’t been set on using DHL, I’d have used another courier service with visible signage. The attendant gave me some story about the federal government removing their sign post! Apparently clients have complained repeatedly about this same issue.

Address changed but yet to be updated, located close to the Ecobank, street just opposite Herbert Macaulay library. Reception was good, filing of parcels was quite fast and rates are quite fair, 2 working days for their fastest delivery. Although sometimes it could be get delivered in just one. There is no signpost at the street junction so dont expect to see one.

Normally I like going to Dhl. Staff are professional, Prompt service and time conscious.However this particular day I spent close to 30 minutes before I was attended to and this was because I had to raise my voice or I would probably have been there longer.Guess what.2 of the staff felt it WS more important to answer their test questions rather than attend to their customers. That day was the deadline and customers had to pay the price.

Inaccurate information and /or poor service at sabo office .Arrived at office at 4.48pm and was told they have closed and cannot render service. Information on Google shows office closes at 5pm . Made further enquiry from staff and was told that operations end at 4pm but office closes at 5pm . I need to come back later to treat my request.

They dont operate here anymore, though theres another office of DHL not far from this place, about 5 minutes walk from here

Its 7:58 am now, and office is to open at 8am and theres no one present here right now. Doesnt bode well for customers wanting to get their business done first thing in the morning.

It took me over one hour to locate this office. The address online is different from where they are actually located. My suggestion, address online should be corrected and possibly the inclusion of a telephone number prospective clients could call in case of difficulties

The rating is for Google because the place this map led me to was like 800m from the actual office the photo review was wrong and I all most got lost I had to ask people around for directions, this is the first time Google has disappointed me like this, please update all this address and any office that has demolished or relocated should be updated on the map to avoid any problems
