Aramex gets less than 0 star from me, but Google wont allow me post without adding a star, at least. Aramex is inefficient, unresponsive and poor. If you have a parcel that you wish to lose, then send it through Aramex. After charging over $160 to send my parcel from HK to Abuja Nigeria in 3 days, I had to go tracing it across its international routes after 4 weeks. Finally, I found my parcel dumped in the customs office in Lagos, and I had to pay for the clearance (even though that was all inclusive in the fee I paid aramex), then had blessed DHL complete the shipment from Lagos to Abuja. Aramex has no business nor future in courier/ logistics services. AVOID ARAMEX!!

You really dont have business going there except you are making enquiries or complaints. They deliver door to door.

Not professional at all. My package still not delivered and I couldn’t even contact them. What a ridiculous carrier. Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews probably they are paid to do so. All they want is for you to come pick up your package yourself after paying for delivery🤷. I’m rating you less than 0

Where is my parcel? You supposed to have delivered days ago because I paid Amazon for 2-7 days delivery and is been 3 weeks now without any delivery from aramex. What kind of delivery company is this, ahh

Never use expedited shipping when buying on Amazon which Aramex handles, either use priority shipping or standard shipping (which you have to go to EMS located in post office within your address to pick up).Aramex never deliver Amazons order, you have to go there yourself to get it. I have used priority shipping from Amazon and UPS always deliver to my door step. I see no reason wasting money for expedited shipping and yet it wont be delivered to me.Dont be fooled with all these positive reviews.

Today is exactly 14 days before they can deliver a parcel from a neighboring country, just 1 hour away. Every other day they promise to deliver but never actualize, no follow up but endless promises.

Can I give a negative rating 👎? This courier company is not ready for business. I interacted with 2 of their staff and none had the courtesy to revert with a feedback despite promising to give one.

I would give this company -100 rating if I could. Their ‘Shop and ship’ service is a complete scam, especially if you are based in Nigeria. I honestly believe that they connive with costums to hike the fee up by 200% and defraud innocent Nigerians of their money.The costumer service is a total failure. They are unresponsive and rude and uncouth. They never see the costumers perspective and if you argue ‘too much’ they will sell your items and never speak to you again.Use this company if you are looking for a way to set your money on fire. But if you truly value your money, I advice you to run as far as possible in the opposite direction from aramex.

They failed to deliver my parcel and when I went in to pick it up two days later, they actually gave me somebody else parcel 😔 poor customer care, poor administration

Held in to my package and tried defrauding me with using customs. It was all a lie and they finally released my package after I threatened them.

I was here to post documents to Germany on a Monday. I paid 13,270 and my documents got to Germany on Wednesday evening. Very fast and efficient service.To get here from mainland, just get a bus to roundabout CMS, then take a tricycle going to Ekó hotel, tell the driver to drop you at Ajose Adeogun street. Aramex is directly opposite a big zenith Bank branch.

Calling their customer service number is a waste of time, it doesnt connect you to any agent and just wastes your airtime. Very annoying.

I’ve seen couple of reviews here and I think it’s mostly staff or paid reviews, these people are fond of adding to the size of your items, this was done to me couple of times that I dint take note but recently fedex shipped an item to a location that shop and ship picked up from, FedEx weight was 4. And on shop and ship website they wrote 6.3 lbs and, when I confronted the front desk lady and insisted on manual measurement, she dint want to use the scale at the front desk, instead she took the item into an out of bound office where I couldn’t enter since am not a staff and came back smiling to tell me that fedex was wrong and insisted I pay for the 6.3.So beware. Insist on Manual measurement before paying and make sure you see the readings yourself. Or use other more reliable service

They didnt deliver my package to me but claimed they did.

My Amazon order arrived Nigeria on a Saturday and on Monday the app indicated my order was out for delivery but it never came. I waited the entire week and had to go there myself on Saturday. Was told they have trainings or so every last Saturday but after they saw how upset I was, I was taken to the staff entrance where I waited and eventually got my goods. No apologies, just silly explanations like they called me and i didnt pick up. Ridiculous.
