Sadly, waiting for 2 weeks plus after I was booked. I got a call this morning that I wasnt going to be able to access care in this facility. I wish I got this call the next day after I had spent 20mins on call with a representative registering me. Its sad because this is supposed to be the best in the dental industry. Could this be a one off? Sad face!

Very friendly staff and easy to sign up. I especially like the points/reward system 😊 that was part of the attraction for me, asides from the fact that my sisters family use them. Reception area is very clean, cool and comfortable. They offer a cafe area for ☕️ and water - very nice 👍. Kids reception area also has video games to keep they young minds occupied while they wait. Bean bags, comfortable chairs, nice decor ... very trendy on the whole. Overall seems like a lot of effort was put into creating a relaxing and welcoming space with just the right ambience to counter the usually dreaded dentists visit! I will let you know how the actual trwatment went when I’m done!

Smile 360 is the best dental practice Ive been to in Lagos. They listened to all my concerns and were able to transform my teeth and get my braces off within a year of my coming here. Came with an open mind and I was thoroughly impressed. They’ve got all the equipment required; what was unexpected was the level of sterilisation and prep of the equipment. They tossed out their gloves after every segment, none were reused, all the equipment had plastic covers and were changed after each patient, etc. The staff were all extremely charming. Very impressed. No more waiting till the summer holidays to see the dentist abroad.
