I am just getting here for the first time and these are my observations; Although the parking space is not so large, the security officer was nice enough to assist me in parking. The external’s neat and properly maintained. Inside the reception is well air conditioned and comfortable. The wait was a bit long but the admin staff mitigated the effect by updating me constantly. Eventually I consulted with a doctor who was very professional and nice. My scaling and polishing was done by an experienced therapist and the doctor using modern and sophisticated equipment. The staff are very friendly and my experience there was a good one, and I left with shiny teeth.

Great customer service. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and subsequent appointment was handled efficiently. Communicated well. making the whole process as easy as possible. i will recommend it for Dental plus any day any time....

Awful customer service. Called to make an enquiry for laser teeth whitening; first of all, the lady who picked up sounded like it was a major bother picking up the phone. I had to ask if I had the right office cos there was either traffic or generator noise in the background, Yes, it is she said.Ok, moving on, I asked the cost of the procedure, which with the background noise from her end wasn t clear; I tried to clarify- Is it eighty or thirty thousand?. Exact response was How can it be thirty thousand?I Even the materials they use to... At this point, I just told her Ok, ok madam, thats all, thank you and ended the call. I saw no point in trying to get any better response from her. Definitely not a place Ill be going.
