VGC welcome center is packed with modern technology, you dont have to wait for your host to call the gate, your host sends a code and you impute the code at the gate and gain access.

Victoria Garden City is one of the best housing estate around Lekki and Ajah.

Well I am not sure, I like it, but not love it, the estate,,, because it is hard to have a cab waiting to pick you up in time, and they dont take you to where you are going, they just drop you at The gate , that was why I dont love it,. I mean , they have to take you to your distination, I cant be done with my appointment wanted to go home to rest , then , you drop me at the gate still have to wait to get another one,to take me home , that was The problem that need to be fixed thanks

Swiss International The Vistana is a place to be, it is peaceful, hospitable, and friendly staff, cozy and serene environment. Hmmmm, I enjoyed my stay.

Lasting first impression of a novel estate

Well organized welcome center in care of the security of the Esteemed Estate called VIctoria Garden City.

Is a residential; cool,and well structured place. The security is 100%. Houses are well arranged, beautified with flowers and trees. Big shedded field for outdoor events. Police post is in place for civil and security pack ups. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and bars, event centers and soon.

They should do better with their access lanes. You can mistakenly join the wrong lane as a visitor (getting on the residents lane). Then after wasting time on the traffic you are turned back at the gate. What nonsense!

Theyre apparently not so observant here;wed joined the wrong queue,got to the admission point before being turned back and having to start all over, going to turn round to join the queue for visitors. Annoying rigmarole.

It is mostly a residential estate, well designed and structured for a conducive living with Supermarket, recreation center and park within. All buildings have their own parking garage and slots. Very clean and tarred roads with a lot of roundabouts.

No access card or code, no just near the gate

The welcome center office is no longer functional. They a different means of admitting non-resident into the estate now.

Fantastic experience in the Victoria Garden City

Vgc welcome center has been shut down for almost a year now, the reason being that none residents now use code to enter the estate. Which will be sent by residents of the estate. I will add photos soon.

They are quite organized and will provide your security code on time if your host is very proactive to inform them on time. However, for a Welcome Centre, you would expect that there are chairs to sit while waiting for your hosts to pick their calls or give you a security code. But there are no such provisions. All the same, they are doing a good job.

My place of work, but mehn! If I am to settle in Nigeria I would raise my kids here. The environment and air is too clean. Trees every where and I enjoy jogging here too.

Took me hours just to get access, just because Im not a resident, it seems unfair and I felt oppressed.

The welcome center is not welcoming at all. Visitors have to walk a long way first then be blocked by automated gates requesting a card use or confirmation from the resident. This is too restrictive and there was no provision for visitors to sit and wait before they get the verification message from residents. I had to walk a long way back and wait for the resident to confirm meanwhile there could have been a room or shade for visitors with valid means of identity to (at least) wait.After confirmation and entry, one discovers that (though the numbering is well planned) the streets are so long and far apart without an identifiable means of transport. If I didnt get a ride, I would have walked another 30 - 45 minutes without bikes. The experience is not fair to first time visitors that are not driving.

VGC is a lovely place to visit. However the reception is restricted to only residents who have their cards or visitors with tags. The Welcome center is a place where you can gain access tags or numbers but the staff at the welcome center are not friendly at all.

The welcome centre is supposed to be a place where Visitors are welcomed first... Whether they have eligible pass or not. I get there nowadays and the impression people get most times can be really disappointing.

The popular Victoria Garden City, nice estate but the flood can be crazy...

VGC is like a vintage that you don’t get tired of. Don’t mind the overwhelming water when it rains...how will you know you are in Lagos island.

A wonderful area what attracts me the more here is that no visitor passes the gate to the estate without going to the welcome center to collect permit note. Its just a cool place
