So the issues here are a lot.. I mean I love Paystack, but what they are making me go through just hurts.So they have issues paying some merchants, of which my office is one, so after a month plus of mail exchanges I decided to visit.First there is no working phone number to call,And let me leave aside all the mail exchanges. The Paystack staff have all been working from home, and there was NO SINGLE PERSONNEL on site save the security man name Gabriel and his colleague. So if you plan on complaining physically, well as at today, 23rd September 2021, please abort mission.Gabriel was nice and really should be given a promotion, but how do you run a big Tech company with no single customer rep to take complains.. but all well, till they announce they are back, and I frankly hope its not the STRIPE acquisition causing all of this..Well thanks for reading...and to those who can do something about this please help save PAYSTACK.

Paystack is one of worst companies when it comes to communication and responding to customers. After series of mails and contact on the website, I get no response from anybody despite claiming to be a technology company. Taking the fact that their office only opens on Monday, they have made WFH an unbearable experience for customers. No virtual assistants to attend to customer requests or complaints. Worst fintech company I have to deal with. Worst service culture. So sad!

This is actually the most dubious payment gateway I have ever seen. My customer paid since 23rd September, 2021. I was told my money was going to be paid out to my bank account on the 24th, the payout said successful and no pending payout only to get a mail that my payout was not processed. No phone number to call and my customer has been on my neck. I never knew paystack is not straight forward then I would looked for other means to receive money. But Im not going to let go, Ill make sure I get my money and Ill never have anything to do with paystack

Our experience with this company is terrible. The customer support is very slow and when they respond after 3 days, theyll still tell you to do stuff without solution which is clearly their fault.Since we opened a payment page with them more than two weeks ago, we havent gotten any payout yet they keep giving flimsy excuses without any solution thereby making us to get frustrated.
