Ideally this should be Foreshore Tower. Predominantly used for office buildings. Parking area for tenants based on square feet and some guest parkings are there. Some employees park in the adjacent empty plot. The building has 2 lifts and 1 staircase and fire exits are connected to all floors ( although I felt it needed to be outside the building in wide area to avoid suffocation from any fire hazard. We checked for office spaces during Nov/Dec’18 and some empty spaces were there, not sure about the scenario now.
