Kings tower is really a cool and well structured sky scraper with a well carved out parking space at different levels of the building,the building is yet to be fully occupied being and office space building but top organizations are already moving in and it is well located and situated .

Its just amazing the details attached to the design and construction of this immersive edifice. Its one of the most iconic structures on the Alfred Rewane axis taking a cue after the Heritage Place. Everything seems really thought out, planned and well organized especially the power house. Parking availability has been provided and the working spaces are perfect!

One of the most electrifying architectural edifice in the heart of Lagos most prestigious city Ikoyi.built with the environment in mind, green as it can be. It is a beautiful sight at night. There is wheelchair accessibility from the entrances to the parking lot. Safety is also well considered here. There is a lift and it is secured with cctv camera to back it up. The building is meant to take several offices.There is enough parking space and the traffic situation here is not bad as the road leading here is good
