This Lagos State Biobank is a super scam. I missed my flight in Maldives because of this superscam. In my difficult situation to board my airplane, I debited twice on the spot, not to talk of other 2 times for which only one payment confirmation was issued. Im waiting for the refund. Pls lets give Good image to Nigeria and Lagos State.

As a foreign national we are made to pay a fee for Quarantine and yet there is no support structures in place. The phone number for Lagos State Bio Bank does not work and no one responds to email. This is appalling and very disappointing to say the least. Prof Akin Abayomi please ensure that peoples funds are reimbursed as stated on the portal. Hotels dont have our names on their Quarantine lists and neither is there transport to carry people to the hotels as mentioned on the Lagos state site. This is not okay and has to be addressed. Im safer quarantining in my home or hotel of my choice than the dodgy hotels on the list or the exhorbitant chain hotels that no ordinary citizen can afford.

I have had the worst experience with the Lagos State Biobank. It is just another avenue to extort money from the citizens of Nigeria! I made payment, was debited, no payment confirmation was sent. They dont reply emails, their numbers are unreachable. Such a shameful organisation!

A typical reflection of Nigeria. All about collecting your money. Contacting them is impossible. Their telephone never rings, and they never respond to emails. They took my 52k and now all i am trying to do is reschedule my appointment but can not. if there was 0 rating that is what you will get!

They will take your money, never communicate restrictions and then tell you your payment is no longer valid. No transparency or accountability. Just another venue to extort money from citizens because of an unfortunate pandemic situation.

This outfit is a complete disgrace to Lagos state and indeed to Nigeria. All they want is your money, period. I have tried in vain to contact them concerning the laboratory assigned to me. Their telephone is fake and neither do they respond to all my mails. I will continue sending mails until I get an answer. Ridiculous!

Very inefficient department. Harley and rainbow lab you sent us to is making us sit in sunshine. Very much unprofessional attitude. You wait for hours to get your test done
