The phone numbers are not responding sometimes it’s ring and no body answers , in a place like Lagos where traffic is a problem companies should make use of their contact services very well, I have been trying to make a correction, I couldn’t reach them because no means of communication. This is the worst airline ever in the world. Flight was meant to be 7am today, 6/06/21 from Lagos to Port Harcourt.. It was shifted to 11am. We were on the queue by 10:15am when they said checking in has closed that we were late. Check the time difference, 45mins and they claimed I and 17 others were late. The Arik manager threatened us to do outer worst. His name is Collins. While we complained and ask for the right thing to be done, he said he would ask his security to throw us out. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I promise to upload the video of the embarrassing incident and also promise I wont use Arik Air again. They are fraudsters!!!

Personally, I love arik but they have some setbacks. was traveling to Lagos from Accra and they rescheduled my flight about 4 times, Was originally scheduled to leave at 8:30am, got a message on my way to the airport stating it has been rescheduled to 12:00pm. Like that wasnt bad enough, they rescheduled it again, twice!. Finally left Accra around 11:30pm getting to Lagos around 1am.

So far I have had two horrible experiences with airline, the first was when I could not find my allotted seat on the plane and instead of helping with the the issue, the air hostess rudely told me to find somewhere to seat even though she saw I had a restless toodler with me.The other is a refund matter. Due to the pandemic, the airline canceled all flights, promised to give me a refund, however, after six months I am yet to get a defined date on when to expect my refund.When I told my husband that I was booking a flight with the airline he laughed at me and told me that I had “entered one chance” . I can’t even complain to him about this issue. By God’s grace I won’t be stranded enough to book another flight with the airline.

A Nigerian owned airline, one of the few that operates international flights. The service is always tipsy turvy with numerous flight delays and cancellations. Theyre improving gradually, hopefully they would maintain the trend.

Flew Arik recently out of Lagos. The outbound trip was quite nice and surprisingly without delays. The touchdown was also smooth. The return was a bit bumpy and the touchdown was very rough. Flight crew were however friendly and cautious. If possible, Id suggest they work on reducing the time passengers have to wait on the tarmac before shuttles come to pick them up and more interesting inflight refreshments.

Look has improved. But the airline is terrible at flight schedules. Had a flight to ABJ for 5:45pm. Then they send a text by midnight changing flight time to 4:45pm. Only for me to get to the airport at 3:30pm to check in and that was I was told that flight had been postponed to 6:45pm. I mean.....if they could text rescheduled flight at midnight. What happened during the whole day into 3pm that they could not send another text? Bunch of jokers!!!!

This is a very large complex. It seems to be the airline with the largest office space here at Murtala Muhammed airport. This is their headquarter and where they run routine aircraft maintenance as well as other administrative functions. For obvious reasons, entry into this facility is restricted to only essential personnel.

Worst airline Ive known!! Please be careful before booking a flight with this airline, theyre all bunch of thieves! I booked an international flight from London Heathrow to Lagos, flight scheduled for 15th pf March 2017, I never knew they had stopped operations from UK as the website didnt state so, so I went ahead and book. All for them to send me an email only 2 days before my scheduled flight date that it had been cancelled. Refund?? Im still on it, I havent received a penny back. But I assure them I will get my money back even if I have to take legal action against them!

Arik airline is indeed the worst in the industry. The poorest of customers service. They always dont have enough fuel on their planes. So whenever they are loading up passengers they always turned off the air conditioning system. Anyone who is embarking on an important trip should not consider Arik as an option at all. If your flight is cancelled for any reason, you dont get any notification plus you are not rescheduled for another flight. Worst of it, you can remain at the airport for 3 days without they coming up with a solution for you. Funny enough, they still have not refunded back my money for cancellation of my trip. They keep telling me to wait and its almost a year now.

Is so unbelievable that a big company like arik air cant work on there payment process booked my ticket the money was deducted from my account but they didnt confirm my ticket and for more than a week they are giving me excuses that they are waiting on email from the team working on it and my flight is for tomorrow evening ......please what kind of airline is that....is so disappointing that an airline that big have a communication problem between them and is taking more than a week to fix a problem that small....am really disappointed

My experience was horrible. My first time purchasing a local flight ticket. I bought it through wakanow to travel from Lagos-Benin during my visit to Nigeria from the US. The plane picked us after 3 days of rescheduling and took us to a stupid terminal waiting for fuel for 3hours until I knocked the cockpit door and the Pilots themselves looked so tired and fed up. They literally asked him to take us there to waste our time so that they can cancel the flight. Which indeed was cancelled. Thanks to Aero contractor that I initially ignored as I thought they were too cheap. I ended going with them the following day with no delay in any process.We got out of the plane after it was cancelled with no single soul to talk to at their counter.if a flight is cancelled, at least talk to your customers what next and make them want to come again or how they will get their money back. I was disappointed with their service as I was thinking of using them when I bring my family home. Can you imagine that? My job takes me in the plane every week in the US and hasnt been through this horrible situation ever. I got my money back after a month of flame emails everywhere to wakanow with less that I paid. Still waiting for the reason they dint refund my full amount.
