Corporate affairs commission is a part of government systems that help people register their companys, church organisations, NGOs and even small businesses, theyve been doing a lot of work helping many people despite the pandemic issues yet they still try their best to attend to peoples corporate related challenges, I really commend their efforts.

The centre assists with pre incorporation and post incorporation services.

Rouges & touting office, u never get to meet staff since the covid-19 but u always see their agent of destruction of of their office nation wide so u can patronize them for your registration

Its good to know that the process of business registration is now automated and far better than before.

This is a place for business registration.

Building looks great from the outside and clean, but needs proper maintenance on the inside. The staff are quite polite, considering the fact that they have to attend to several customers at a time and have to multitask, so I believe its a good thing for the civil service sector to have such image of good customer care. Hope they get to spread their automation to other sector of the affairs.

The workers are quite dedicated and actually deliver but the facility urgently needs an upgrade. As at the time I visited there was no electricity and hours were spent just to find the certificate which they said hasnt been printed and could not be gotten. The online registration portal is ok but the facility at mission Street is far from functional, some services were delayed and everywhere was very hot.

Google Map helped me a lot in locating the CAC office at island. The cac office is good beautiful and activity arena where people who visit since the lockdown may not be able to finish their transactions in 4 times visit lol

They have moved from there former place to a new office (3 Force Road, TBS, Lagos

Most of their staff act like they are being forced to work. Very slow and sluggish. Certainly not place to go when you are in a hurry. Be prepared to spend your whole day there and you probably wont achieve what you went there for....

They are working really hard to make their services better but they arent there yet. They advice that you can incorporate a company or business name without the need of a lawyer but my advice will be that you only take that option if you have guidance from someone who has gone through the process before.

The customer service here is commendable. Its good to know the documents you need and go with the complete documentation as it is difficult making copies or printing documents around here.I have been there just once and I think the guys who work here are efficient.

If you are not mobile and you alight at Secretariat, you have to walk and walk down to CAC building .. Exhausting.

Good place with dedicated staff. It is beside a back and the building is covered with glass. The first floor is where you can collect your business registration certificates or make enquiries concerning your business. The last floor is the admin area while the ground for is more like the routine staff area.At the first floor, you need to register with the security who gives you a paper with a number and asks you to sit and wait for your turn

Easy to locate in the heart of Lagos Island.Also known as CAC office. Located opposite city Hall.Has a well chair entrance and a convenient parking space with very visible security presence.

The treatment of people is generally poor and inhuman. You have to stay under the sun while the staff chooses whom to attend to. It is a terrible experience in recent times. They should fine tune their services

Office seem like a historical monument as it still has the look and feel of those ancient federal government parastatal. In the midst of newer office edifice springing up around more needs to be done. The staffs are neat and use a queueing system to attend to visitors. This was quite commendable.

This is a place where you register your business with government in Nigeria. They offer proper guidance to you through their help desk and you can everything on your own seamlessly.

Wasnt Treated properly by some of the security staff

The staff are quite helpful, place is easy to locate, it gets very busy as there are always quite a cue for collection of certificates. And there are also no parking lot in the premises, you may need to first find a place to park before walking down to the office.

Went to collect my Business Name Certificate and its a very nice environment , starting from the reception who always gives u a nice smile when coming and leaving the environ, both the Customer Care attendant and her colleagues were superb

The database is paper based. Hence, one has to go through an entire pile of papers in search of the name of ones newly registered company before collection of the Certificate of Incorporation. An electronic could make for better efficiency.

Corporate Affairs commission Lagos island branch is not a nice place to visit if you dont know those that matter in the organization. The office is not well ventilated and the power supply can go off any time. Works not so friendly. It a government-owned agency that has a lot of protocols that you may not want to go through.

Didnt get the help I needed

Retrieving registered certificates is painfully frustrating and you have to look through tattered sheets of paper for your company name. This is not ease of doing business

My time in CAC office was less stressful. Nonetheless, I advice to go there early to avoid spending all day there.

Hardly the place for this review, but since were here - the ease and speed of registering businesses these days is unbelievable! I had no drama.

Faster service to customers compared to the Alausa office. Less cranky and rude staff as well.As soon as you find the registered name of your Company/BN/IT on the related lists, you can pick up your certificate in a matter of minutes, no stress, no excessive protocol.They do a fine job.

Corporate Affairs commission office which was formally on Aje Street in Yaba. They have fairly good customer service. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

It is interesting that we can now register businesses online, glad too that emails get answered atimes and other times totally ignored.A set of staff I wouldnt call unfriendly, however can be reluctant and unresponsive sometimes.I could not believe it when I was told that there is no toilet for customers, the first woman said there is no provision for that, the other, a man said, maybe you try next building which is Tastee Fried Chicken 🙄🙄🙄

Dont waste money, login to the cac panel and register your business. Super easy. The CAC office in Lagos is only stupid to have relocated and not effect it on their online platform. Please do not go to Yaba, go straight to the Island.
