Front desk was fairly friendly. Seems they hardly keep track of goods coming in and out because I had an issue with my item that was supposed to be home delivery but its an over-all OK place and transport service.

My experience has been terrible for a while. I used to send parcels almost every month, but on each case it takes more than 7working days for my percel to get to Enugu from Lagos. Most often you cant even track such percel , and their staff are not helpful either. Its either ABC step up their game in this competitive market or forgot about this aspect of business. Nothing is as frustrating as sending a percel that is supposed to be received in 48hrs and then receive same after 7working day .I just hope the management reads this comments and make necessary adjustments before it is late because ABC cargo is losing her reputation. Have professional who knows what customer service is all about especially in Enugu.Personally, I am going to start using GIG that Has an organized network and values excellent service to customers.

ABC Cargo is situated at Jibowu. They are less expensive when it comes to courier service of any kind of load. Whether its fragile, volatile or perishable they got you covered. Though their shipment leaves once every week most times Wednesday. You might be lucky to have a next day delivery if quick. Dont try to use the drivers, your goods might get missing instead log your goods with the receptionist.
