I cant confirm if all the flats are single-room but from what Ive seen, theres very little interior space and the complex is quite crowded. Ample parking space is available though

A very nice and affordable environment.It is closer to express and calm. The only risk side is that, it is very close to a densely populated community with a particular tribe.Although very unusual, but in a case of tribal clash, there is a high risk to the less-dominating tribe in the community. But this kind of risk has not crystalised for a long time and hopefully wont.Given that no place in the world is entirely risk-free, i think its a nice environment. Thanks

Quite estate in the heartbeat of Lagos ikeja precisely. Well laid out area with good roads.

Residential apartment complex good for singles or newly married couple.Needs to be better maintained.Close to a major bus stop and an expressway, so theres ease of transportation. About 10 mins drive away from LUTH.
