Well organized estate, lovely apartments in a Serene environment ... Built inside ikota county home.. Close to VGC, mega chicken is a land mark to the estate gate if coming through the second gate

Shabby environment, the property isnt being maintained properly.

This place is beautiful...wide street with lovely buildings all around. The one thing I wish was already in place is the presence trees. There are few to no trees in the area. So if you are a lover of nature, perhaps not the best location for you.But if you dont mind, youve got yourself a really nice place to stay.

Apartments there are about 2 years old. Structure not well built as each flat has its own issues. Electricity in the the area only just got slightly better as it has always been a case of low current. However, the area is situated in a quiet neighborhood with good security.
