So Fresh Yaba sells healthy meal options such as Parfait, salads, juices, smoothie, and bulgur wheat and chicken. They have some of their product in the chiller hence the wait time is reduced. The parfait and other meals are of great quality. You can work within the dining hall, they environment is great and they have books to read through.

Beautiful serene place for relaxation. Nice parfait and very affordable. Sometimes, the noise from the kitchen can be disturbing, but thats just a little of the time, its the only reason theyre not getting a 5 star.

Had the best parfait Ive tasted in the whole of Lagos here. The atmosphere is cool and I love the decor of the space. Its just perfect for working, mini meetings and brainstorming. The price of the items on their menu is fairly affordable too.Update:So Fresh has gradually become a spot to work out of. The service is still topnotch as ever and the parfait tastes amazing. You should try out the orange and pineapple juice if you stop by. It has the right amount of tang.

Its has an excellent ambience, for both work, short meetings and quick grab. They have a wide range of healthy grubs from, salads, wrap, smoothies, fruit options and nuts.The customer service is superb and they are well dressed with a great smile.

I absolutely am in love with the place, the ambience is sweet, good lighting for pictures, soft cool background music, and especially you can read while you wait for your order or eating, I am in awe. The parfait and smoothie is yummy. And yeah the staffs were very cautious and patience. This is a place for a healthy meal, first dates, hangout with friends and family and there is something for kids. I will give more reviews later at my next visit.

But sofresh beats the odds, Every experience is worth it.The sabo shop is stationed right but make sure you have your mask on or you wont get in the building.Lastly, I wasnt so lucky to get a good waiter today. She was definitely in her feelings. I almost requested to be attended to by someone else. To think I always get a smile when Im in sofresh premises. Better luck next time it is for me then.Whatever you get. Make sure to try the spicy chicken salad, my all time favorite.

I love this place. I am happy it is close to me at Yaba. Initially it was difficult to find and I had to drive round a bit. To help you, start looking for it around McEwen street, very close to Sabo. The Parfait was top notch. Cost about $4 (quite pricey) and a bottle of water goes for about 60cents. Its also a great place to work. Please note to watch your step at the entrance because of an elevated slab at the entrance.

A couple of things stand out: neatness of the stores, friendly disposition of the staff, even the guards who arent So Fresh staff are polite, and above all the freshness of the items on the menu.The last point is super important in a country where cutting corners or reducing quality to maintain profit is common.

So Fresh is a restaurant that is focused on healthy food ranging from fresh salads, smoothies, parfait, fresh fruit juice, sandwiches and fruit baskets.Prices are friendly, starting from 800 naira.The ambience is great, the colours used are lovely.There is a co working space, you can bring your laptops in and do a little work, meet up with friends.However, the space isnt large.I ordered for fruit juice that cost 1,000 naira for 50cl bottle.Overall, I liked the place and the fact that I could get healthy food from them. Tucked away between buildings on Herbert Macaulay road in Sabo, its almost easy to overlook it, but you just cant. Especially at night when the lights are on and its like theyre beckoning you to come and take a look and experience freshness unlike never before. I especially like the cozy feel of the place. Not to mention theyve got one of the tastiest and filling chicken salad Ive tasted yet with fresh and nicely blended smoothie and parfait. An all round healthy yummy experience

Nice chill interior, great sandwiches, even better smoothies. I havent tried the parfaits or Salads, but Ill get around to that. I also like coming here to work because its very quiet and also bright. 10/10 would recommend.

Heads up, they dont take bank transfers, so its cash and POS.
