All I can say it’s a nightmare. I ordered over N5mil naira worth of bedding and towels for my hotel in Port Harcourt. Customer service was great up to the day I paid for my goods. After that it all went downhill. Order was supposed to reach me on the Saturday. Called them on numerous occasions, it’s either they don’t pick or take their time to return my call. 6 days -after order was suppose to be delivered, they found out that the order was on its way to Abuja instead of Port harcourt. By the time the order finally reach my hotel in Port Harcourt, 1 box of foot mats(160 pieces) never reach Abuja and got missing in Lagos. To top it all, the MD during that time, never called to apologize, never return any of my numerous calls. Completely ghosted me, and the customer care lady was most times too afraid to puck my calls as she was not equipped to handle this issue. So now I’m still awaiting my foot mats, and no one is returning my calls. Total nightmare and I am regretting doing business with them. Wish I had gone with my 1st instincts and not buy from them.
