I would hardly go public but this was a unique experience. I walked into the store and met these two lovely young ladies. Extremely professional...they knew the products excellently. They were patient, humble, compassionate and detailed. Although they wanted to make a sale, they were respectful of my decesions and concerns. They also had the back of their owner because they were truly committed to making a sale and kindly explained why they were unable to give me a discount. The owner also called and took me through my choices. Icing on the cake was the comfort and beauty of the sheets and other bedding accessories. Truly a lovely Experience. Thank you Vivano!

Turns out finding a memory foam topper is an incredibly difficult task in Nigeria!
