In a market environment. Its very busy as its the only branch within the market. One needs to be there before 8am in other to be attended to and on time. However, they have sworn not to offer seats to customers in their banking halls, despite the long time spent within the bank by their customers. Not suitable for people prone to hypotension and low blood sugar, because standing for just few minutes could be very fatal. Seats offered to customers wont make the customers relax, but comfortable while performing transactions. Its not highly recommended for health sake.

World class experience with a nice customer reception

The workers are very friendly!They understand that many of those they will be dealing with are Business men. Also, the time spent in answering us here I really fast.Its different from every other branch outside the market.The only transaction I have not performed here is a dollar transaction, so, you have to find out if its available to pay in or cash out money in foreign currency.There is almost always money dispensed at the machine and the Security personnel do a great job of managing chaos at the entrance.

Very poor service, Ive been to a lot of branches. But this is the worst of all. Poor customer treatment, unable to control their crowd. They seriously have to attend to a lot of people then shift the time from 8:00am till 10:00am. Now I have to get here as early as quarter-to-seven then now have to go back home then fix another appointment. This is absolutely Deteriorating!!! Ill attach pictures

Lack of other branch around there is really disturbing, with too much crowd and very bad receiption

Good service experience from GTbank.but that general area is usually overcrowded and the thronging traders seem not to have time for tourist activities ,unless you come to buy.

Very very useless branch. Unable to manage crowd properly. Ive wasted 3 full days just to pick up my ATM card, still no success. While some customers come, tip the security and go in.
