Nice environment and from the first line, services were okay. The two security men outside were well dressed, spoke well, polite and were always eager to help.The receptionist continued the good customer service from outside. There were no queues at the ATM.The banking hall too hardly had any customer, but the security and banking hall staff were also okay.

Clean environment and customer service is actually great. COVID19 protocols are also observed here.

This is one of the best branch of HB. Not a popular brand though but the services here are good. No long queues, functional ATM and good customer service representative

I like this Heritage Bank for ATM use. It seems clean, safe and looks new. The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe but lonely at night. If you are not familiar with Heritage Bank ATMs, like other banks, they dispense max of N10,000 and just few others N20,000. The reason they programme it that way is because they want to charge N65 for each transaction when using other banks debit cards. This is so crooked.

Even the security guard came along to offer me his umbrella so that I wouldnt have to walk under the sun.They understand Customer Service.👌

MY money has been stuck in the bank for days. I effected a transfer to my merchants 3 days ago but the funds are yet to leave the bank, now my merchants think Ive scammed them. They are just giving me the run around and making empty promises.
