The security men at this Access Bank office are not kind. My first involvement with them was terrible. They eliminated my vehicle wiper, when I asked the safety officer he disclosed to me its something ordinary around. I and my companion defied him quickly, before he later brought the wiper of my vehicle out from their security room. I needed to cause a situation so that person ought to be terminated, yet I was argued by clients around the bank premises.It was actually an awful encounter 🤦‍♂️! By the by, the Bank Staffs are exceptionally amenable and proficient in doing their obligations.

If you are looking for good customer service for any complaints or enquiry please dont visit this branch as their customer service here is poor (my experience not once not twice).They are effective for cash transactions but not customer service in my opinion. Need I mention that I am a customer who has visited other branches?

This particular access branch is a good branch in respect to attending to customer affairs and reliability and efficiency of their ATM to dispensing clean bill notes

Had a good service from the customer care representative here, large and conductive banking hall too.The ATM machine here also dispenses cash flawlessly without much wait, it equally dispenses in N500 notes.
