Good banking services. Well organized facility with cash transactions at ground floor, non cash transactions first floor and other services second floor. The staff are customer friendly. Fast services. The banking hall is big.The challenge here is car parking. Some of their account officers just dont know how to do their jobs are liars because just to open a limited company account, is taking 2months are the account officer keeps saying it working but i cant transfer my money. And the so called officer will not pick your calls and keep lying to you that its network problem.

Contemporary banking hall thats easily accessible and has an ATM point on standby and minimal parking space outside for cars.

Among the many in Awolowo Road and cuz its my bank, I had to make a stop. Good and fast service delivered. ATM working fine. Nice security team helped with parking and driving out not to obstruct oncoming vehicles on the busy road. Few parking space but good ambience with the location.

Definitely my favourite GTbank branch. Its huge, designed in a simple yet attractive fashion. The important thing is the staff. They actually seem most willing to assist with whatever issue you have, without any bad attitude. If there was ever a question of what GTbank branch to go to. It would be here. I remember choosing to decide to request for another ATM card here because its so nice.

GTBank is one of the best in Nigeria and this branch happens to be one of the best of their outlets. Its mostly super-busy with queues but they always try to get everyones issue solved speedily. The bathrooms are always clean and the Security guards are always on point as well. The staff are also very courteous.

I have given this branch a rating of 3stars mainly because of the lack of adequate parking space for the amount of customer traffic that comes through this branch of GTBank. Other than that, great service.

Do all bank transactions here (customers). There is a 24hr ATM here too. If you are driving and alone, this isnt really a good option. Horrible parking
