I had the best Valentines Day this year- I got to spend it with the Beautiful Man and goodies from Lovestruck Cakes. I received about a dozen cupcakes, chocolate cookies that were possibly baked by the angels. The chocolate bits melted easily in my mouth. But the chin chin😍 - It was different; the fact that It was baked, wasnt too sweet. Being somewhat #fitfam That was a plus.There was some distinct flavour it had. The overall packaging and presentation was exceptional. I cant wait to surprise the Beautiful Man with some Lovestruck goodies.Ill recommend this any day.

I love the dark chocolate frosting on top. I fell in love with the cream fudge a and coconut layering .... We actually liked it all off. This is a scam! Dont waste your money and your time! They collected my money for a valentine cake including the delivery fee, issued me an invoice and a receipt but never fulfil my order. All calls and emails to them are continuously ignored! The Lovestruck company is a fraudulent company.This is an update on my initial review. Im making some quick clarifications though; the cake was never delivered to my husband. However, some days after my Google review and report to CPC, I was called by the business owner and was given a refund. Hopefully they will improve their ordering process/customer experience.

They have one star because I have to give a star. Ordered a chocolate cake and they messed up the design and went ahead to deliver the cake despite clear instructions not to. When I rejected the delivery, a rather rude lady (freely addressed me by first name, last name or both but when I asked for her name, asked to be addressed as Mrs) who claimed to be the operations manager called to resolve the issue but was more interested in saving the company money (the inconvenience and cost of having the delivery lady return to their factory & ensure the design I originally ordered was delivered) than in resolving the issue to satisfy a paying customer. Pleaded for me to accept the delivery with promises that the cake itself would be nice and they would get in touch with compensation, and never did (after almost a month, I received a feedback survey email, while I have heard nothing about the compensation, which by the way, would be dependent on me purchasing another cake from them). Cake was so horrible, we couldn’t put any cake pictures on social media for the birthday. The cherry on the icing was when the cake was cut and it was not nice. Most people ate it cos it was “chocolate cake” but they were not impressed.

Love Struck cakes Festac are scammers. They follow up on you to make a booking and when you finally make a booking and pay for it, they send you something different and cheap that even cakes from shop rite taste better than. They robbed and scammed me off my money, ruined my birthday. Stay away from them. The one star is cos the post wont go until you give them a star ordinarily they dont deserve any star at all.
