Great customer service and fantastic cake and treats. The baked chinchin is really good. I order my cakes from pleasant cakes and treats all the way from Lag to Ibadan everytime i need a cake for myself or to gift someone. No regrets ever. Keep up the good work.

Pleasant Cakes and treats, kindly educate your staff on the difference between butter icing and whipped cream and avoid unnecessary carelessness. Even if it’s a slice of Cake or a full cake, it’s better to avoid carelessness altogether. Also all numbers on the flier should be ready and willing to rectify any issue a customer has as soon as possible. That’s the whole point of a good customer service. Do better. And you can keep your 800 naira refund! Let’s hope u don’t have to refund a whole lot more in the future tho.Great red velvet btw🙂🚶🏽‍♀️
