The staff here are diligent and take their time to explain clearly to the customers. It’s always a good experience for me whenever I go there. Sometimes it gets really frustrating waiting to be attended to and that’s on “Poor Signal”

Terrible experience, guards asked me to wait outside while they let other people go inside... No coordination at all...

Great place. Its ATM points are located along Bida RD opposite National Library. Within it is also a mosque and rest room to relieve.The banking service too is great. The main entrance to the banking hall is located along the Yakubu Gowon way.

They offer timely services, their staffs are hardworking and they maintain a good relationship with their customers.

Quality customer relations. Customers are treated on first come first serve basis.
