Limited option of complementary breakfast. Word rope set is in bad shape for room 128 and no safe installed within. The bath divider not in place and water wets floor to toilet side, slippery floor, needs floor towel. No room kettle in place nor tea/ beverage. Toilet and baths excellently shining and neat. Use of bucket and bowl with broken bowl. Nearly could get hot water from heater. Scenery is quiet and relatively spacious and an elegant waiting Libby area for seat out guest. If you not mobile,could be a challenge going out to get things due to non allowance of okada and colored taxi. The area is excellent. Well, for moneys worth, could do better.

The hotel was far from comfortable. The rooms bed sinks due to broken bed frame. When I requested for another room, the situation was still the same. At one point the room got flooded due to broken pipe from the toilet but was immediately fixed. Cost of food and drinks was expensive and misrepresented on the menus. The hotel staff were cold and unfriendly.

Basic hotel for a night. Not for business travel. Low quality breakfast/accommodation but may be an urgent good deal for $50 a night when stranded. One plus though is that, it has a clean environment. Overall rating 2

A good and classy guest house in the heart of Lagos (Ikeja GRA). Quite affordable with average amenities. I believe they can still do better.

Good experience, there is a complimentary breakfast thats comes with the booking, food is not bad. The pool side is great too and few chairs have been added around the pool side. There is a wheel chair access and rooms are good too.

Didnt logde there. Just visited. The hotel is alright. The rooms are kept clean. Theres a mini pool in the back. There isnt a lot of parking but theyve got decent security if you park outside

I was there. The staff are welcoming and helpful. But the service can be improved: smell of dilapidation in the rooms, no functional electrical outlets, the TV can only receive one Nigerian channel (all the other channels are either blurred or non-existent), very dark pool and not -entretenu. In short, the hotel facilities need maintenance and renovation.

The service is fast the luxurious rooms the welcome is warm and its clean!
