The interior decoration is on point. Food was delicious. Friendly staff but the guys at the gate and front desk can put in a little more effort to making people feel welcome: you can never overdone these things. Everything else seems very good.

Mixed emotions regarding my stay here but I do have to stay they have a professional team of people working here. Hotel prices and breakfast costs are on the high side. Please call ahead to doublecheck your reservations. Minor upgrades are required in the rooms. Overall view of the hotel is definitely above average.

Had a buffet dinner which was fantastic. General settings right from the reception, waiting room, bar to Dinning area is so colourful. Parking is a bit restricted and occasional hold up on the access road could be discouraging but you will love the accommodation.

A 5-star hotel any given day, the rooms interior design and decor reminded of my hotel room in Johannesburg. The service was rely great too.I slept over once and I look forward to returning as soon as I possibly can.P.S: they had a little bit of P.O.P renovation going on but there was no noise at all. Read reviews and visited the website more than a dozen times before eventually visiting.It does look like a 5 star hotel but doesnt carry itself as one.Not that I was expecting a robot to be cleaning the toilets or a droid attending to guests at the front desk. No...Theres this expectation youd want to get when sitting in a Brabus. Where everything is hand stitched or carbon fiber in place of wood finishing.Yeah, thats the touch youd miss at The Providence by Mantis.And that name 🥰

The manager was accommodating after the our issue on the first night. Penthouse suite is amazing. I recommend 1000000% to stay here. Also grilled prawns was delicious!

Very clean (still has the new hotel feel). Price is right, there are weekend rates (slightly cheaper).The breakfast buffet was quite tasty. Its an extremely cozy location. I Recommend!!You can also just go for lunch. Options are a bit limited, but I assure you the kitchen knows what it is doing.

Affordable for couples, families and self. Recommended for honeymoon, meetings, quiet self time, banquets, receptions, retreats and conferences.

The decor is subtle and warm. The yellow gives a warm ambience. The staff were also courteous from the gate to the restaurant.

3 star hotel. Huge hotel though and good to stay if you like pictures you see.

The food is Good but need to wait more that one hour oven when the hotel is almost empty, plus 15 minutes wait for the menu when there is only four persons in diner room, they inform 45 minutes without water and was full day. Service is coming down.

I lodged here when I attended a wedding close by. This is easily one of the best hotels in Lagos. Service is 5 stars for me, Ambience is 5 stars and more importantly, the food is 5 stars. All covid 19 protocols are strictly observed...even the remote controls are covered in cellophane. The staff is quite friendly and very professional, I had no issues at all. I love all the pictures on their walls (boat themed). I must definitely visit again, looking forward to it

It was lovely, the staff was courteous and the rooms were nice. Weirdly I really like the toilet... Lmao. I didnt necessarily like the colour of the water, but thats sort of a Lagos thing.Only problem is, if you check into a room with a someone, the hotel only gives one of you breakfast, the other party has to pay.

Spent three days there on a work retreat. Great modern hotel, great ambiance. Staff are really nice and helpful. The only drawback for me was the breakfast fare - really poor, to be honest. There wasnt a lot to choose from.In all, it was a good stay. Fully recommend.

This is my second time here. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. The front desk guy even remembered my husband and I from a year ago. I like the bathtub and standing shower options in the bathroom because I love to soak in a clean rub. You might consider it a pricey hotel but the ambience is worth it.

Beautiful hotel(I was there for a birthday event). They have an event hall that can sit about 100 people, it has a big hi tech projector screen and the halls lighting is fairly good. They also have a lot of parking space, the hotel and hall entrances are wheelchair accessible. Security is good too!

Great hotel, everything fresh! Stayed there when I came in from the United States.Had to leave cos some customer service guy called Issac literally insulted I and my friends.I gave him the insult of his life too thou but such rascal has no bizness in such an environment🙃

My first time visit, the security guards at the gate were very cautious, friendly and above all, professional.The car park is fairly large, a dedicated security guy at the reception entrance directing people to obey covid-19 rules, an automated sanitiser at the entrance.The reception was well laid out and lit, beautiful aroma and the AC (oh my God), very chilling.I was there for an event so was at the event hall, not too big but well planned, nice layout, a standard stage with a projector, the wall drapes around the hall was soothing.The rest room was epic.A very beautiful ambiance, will definitely visit again
